Egypt is a fascinating country to visit. Its culture and history, combined with the chance to visit world-renowned archaeological sites, offer an experience unlike any other Neilson destination.

Must see sites include the tombs and temples of Luxor, the pyramids of Cairo and further afield, the 'lost city' of Petra in Jordan. On the Sinai, St Catherine's Monastery is famous for being built on the site where God is purported to have appeared to Moses and Sharm El Sheikh is a cosmopolitan and vibrant resort.

The Egyptian people are very friendly and courteous and the shopping is great with lots of gold and silver for which you pay by weight rather than design. There are also leather goods, carpets, brassware and of course the famous Egyptian cotton. Some shops will work on the basis of a fixed price, while others may expect a bit of haggling.

Have just come back from two weeks in Dahab. Really was a fantastic holiday. Did everything and went everywhere. The Neilson Team were fantastic. All my family achieved various on the water qualifaications thanks to the patience, skill & humour of Caz, Steve, Liam and Paul, many thanks guys. The Coralia is a 3* Hotel with an Egyptian theme. It is clean and has extensive well tended grounds and the staff were friendly and always available to take care of any problems (Thanks to Frayez our Housekeeper for the Towel Art & helpfulness). My family of four did not rate the food, some of which was often cold, although we always found plenty that was agreeable and were never hungry (Egyptian bread freshly made by the lady in the garden is a must). Everyone we spoke to thought the food was good! and there was no evidence of anyone with Egyptian Tummy. Water is expensive in the hotel, a short walk through the Swiss Inn & left turn up the road the water is 15LE for 6 bottles compared to 12LE for one in the hotel. Will be going back in October next year. Many thanks Neilson for a great holiday.

There is nothing negative to comment on regards Neilson in Dahab. The team were awsome, the tuition was spot on. The weather is amazing and the location something else.
I highly recommend the destination for newbies to watersports and experts.
I didn't want to leave and will most certainly go back next year.
