You may not have sailed or biked with us before. For that matter,
you may never have sailed or biked at all. To get the best from your
holiday it helps to know how we run things. Our Beachplus Resorts and
Beachclubs operate in slightly different ways.
Breakfast
Breakfast
is served from 8am to 10am with a choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt,
juices, cereals, freshly made bread, local cheeses and preserves, as
well as a variety of hot options cooked to order, such as pancakes and
omelettes. If you fancy a lie-in, don’t worry, as tea, coffee, juice
and pastries will still be available until 11am.
Daily Activities
Each day there's a menu of different activities on offer from dawn
until dusk. These may include 'early bird' waterskiing, beginner dinghy
and windsurf sessions, clinics for intermediate windsurfers
and intros
to asymmetric dinghies. You may like to take us up on each and every
one of our ideas, or you may prefer to conserve energy by lounging by
the pool with a cool drink and a good book. You will receive an
activity planner for the duration of your holiday - use this to secure
a place on any of the activity sessions that appeal to you.
On the Water
We
ask all guests who intend to use the waterfront facilities during their
holiday to attend a short briefing on the first day so that they can be
informed of the sailing / swimming area, safety procedures and any
potential hazards on the water.
Lunch
The extensive
lunchtime buffet allows you the flexibility to enjoy a quick snack or a
full sit down meal in the alfresco dining area. As an alternative, we
are happy to prepare you a packed lunch, enabling you to escape to a
secluded beach for a picnic with family or friends.
Relax
After
all that activity and a delicious lunch, take time out to relax in the
sunshine around the pool with a good book or take up position on the
beach and watch your fellow holiday makers out on the water.
Afternoon
As the sun ebbs away, the slightly cooler temperatures make this the perfect time of day to enjoy a mountain bike ride into the surrounding countryside, stopping off for an ice cream or refeshing beer en route
Evening
After
a full day relaxing as hard as you like, freshen up and join us for
cocktails before enjoying a sumptuous meal (inclusive evening meal is
available on 4 nights) carefully prepared by our professional chefs,
with menus to cater for all tasted from authentic local specialities to
more familiar dishes.
Meals are buffet-style with some dishes cooked to order and a waiter service for drinks.
Starting the Week
Each
week starts with a general brief on the sailing area, local safety
rules, the options available and where to find more information, You
don't have to commit to doing the same activity all week and if you
can't decide which group to join on your first day - toss a coin!
Daily Brief
Days
start with a chat at which the plans for the day will be decided. An
educated guess at the days weather conditions preceeds a run down of
the sailing and windsurifng on offer from each of the instructors. Your
bike guide will try and persuade you up some hill or other and you may
hear of plans for some kind of evening get together. Turn up, Listen
and take your pick
Tuition

RYA
tuition starts at the beginning of each holiday week for six days
during which you can work towards RYA certificates. Just choose which
skill to learn. If you feel like changing mid week you're welcome to,
but the most relaible way to learn a new sport is to take a week over
it.
Food and Drink
If you want the freedom to explore local
villages and experience the wonderful atmosphere and traditional dishes
on offer in local tavernas or restaurants every night our Beachclubs
give you maximum flexibility - the majority are on a bed and breakfast
basis. However the
Coralia Beachclub in Dahab offers flexible half board, where you are free to choose between inclusive lunch or dinner every day and the
Nautica Bay Beachclub offers a combination of two lunches and four evening meals.
