The Seaside Hotel enjoys a secluded location on the southern coastline of the Bodrum peninsula, amongst the orange and mandarin groves near Ortakent, one of the oldest settlements in the area. 

Just a 15 minute walk from the small seaside village of Ortakent Yahsi and only a 20 minute bus ride from Bodrum town itself; its situation enables you to explore the surrounding area with ease.

The hotel is set in attractive gardens with stunning views over Ortakent Bay and Numan’s Island. There is a sea view from nearly all of the public areas, so you can sit back, relax and watch the action on the water.

Dear Wendy,
Okay so it’s taken a good week to email our thanks but here it is. A HUGE thank you, we had a great time (again with Neilson Beach)!!
It was a memorable and fun filled week with energetic and enthusiastic staff, and some great company (thanks everyone). Mike was just simply a superstar with the kids….are you ready? Of course they were born ready. He was an inspiration, where does he get his energy from? Henry became a keep fit extraordinaire and made us all smile. What an asset and so willing to muck in. Hopefully he is now settled on the beach.
Finally I really appreciated the extra mile you went in assisting us with our search for “foxy”. Thankfully Ebay came up trumps “finding” foxy.
Enjoy the rest of the season. Back in the UK a warmer climate is fast becoming a distant memory and the dark evenings are now just around the corner.

This was our first holiday with Neilsons and we have to say everything about the resort surpassed our wildest dreams. It was our first ever visit to Turkey and we were so impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. Hotshot was just fantastic and gave Rohan the opportunity to learn new skills and try sports that we would never have considered right for him at home. We are just amazed at how he took to windsurfing and knee boarding; already he is planning what he will achieve next week. I have never had a holiday where I have so relaxed and yet so motivated to give everything a go. The food, staff and accommodation are first rate but what makes Ortakent even more special is the staff, they are just the most incredible group of people who really work hard to make you feel welcome and their enthusiasm means that you cannot fail to get involved. There are so many heroes at Ortakent but a particular favourite has to be Mike with the kids club, we had so much fun just watching him he was incredible - so much energy and enthusiasm and an amazing musician. Simon, Wendy, Cookie, Charman and Berry, together with all the staff, you all need to feel very proud – you are the most incredible group of people and if I were to name everyone – you are all stars. Ortakent: 14/06/10-28/06/10 Many thanks for the Neilson team for a fabulous holiday in Ortakent. I don't have much to add to previous reviews, but I will try to bring my experience as a solo traveller. This was my 3rd time in Ortakent. Most people appreciate this place because it is a small resort, small hotel and mostly because the staff manage to smile more than the guests. The hotel, beach, restaurant and activities are only for Neilson guests therefore almost every person you encounter has the same interests and it becomes very easy to make friends and feel at home. The tuition this year was exceptional and even though I have managed to always avoid the camera, watching the other advanced windsurfers on video in the evening session helped a lot on my planning technique and stances. I am dying to mention names, but if I start it will take another 2 pages and I may still forget somebody who made this holiday the best ever: every time I come here, I am amazed at how much energy the activity, bar, restaurant, guest service and even nanny teams have, and this year was no exception, I loved every moment and I will definitely be back again.
