Beginners

Söll is great for beginners. It has an excellent ski school and the nursery slopes are just outside the village at the foot of the gondola. With confidence building tuition, you should soon be progressing up to the middle station on the Hohe Salve. From here there are two beautiful runs down through the trees to the village, including an easy blue run. In addition, we offer a good value Level 0 pack for complete beginner skiers and snowboarders which include a lift pass, tuition and equipment - see ski pack info for prices.

Intermediates

Söll is a fantastic intermediates resort. The sheer size of the ski area means plenty of blues and reds to cruise about on. There are many north-facing runs of a medium-to-difficult standard leading you from Hochsöll, via some narrow wooded tracks, back to Söll. From the top station on the Hohe Salve there are also several long and interesting runs down to the village.

Advanced

The runs may not be the most taxing but even an advanced skier will be happy with the scope that the Ski-Welt area offers. The runs are mainly red but they do encompass an area of over 250km. In the vicinity of Söll, a challenging black run descends from the top of the Hohe Salve.

Snowboarding

The huge ‘Ski Welt’ area offers 250km of pistes, most of which are wide-open, red-and-blue, ‘cruisey’ runs, ideal for perfecting technique. There is a half-pipe and various ramps located in the Westendorf area of the Ski Welt.
