Borovets

Children:

Children can join the ski school from the age of 7 years, and the snowboard school from the age of 12 years. For children between the ages of 3 and 6 years, the resort offers a dedicated ski kindergarten from 09.00 - 17.00 which includes tuition (6x2hrs), equipment, lift pass and lunch. This can be pre-booked and costs £95.

For younger kids (1-2 years) there is a non-ski nursery that can be pre-booked through Neilson. It operates from 09.00 - 17.00, 6 days a week and includes lunch, games and entertainment and costs £95.

A locally run nursery and kindergarten is located at the Hotel Rila and are open to the public from 08.30-16.30 hrs. Children 1-3 years old are accepted in the nursery, and 3-12 years in the kindergarten. Prices range from £11* per half day to £19* per full day.

Borovets is an ideal set-up for families. Its hotels are close to, if not right on the slopes, the ski schools are excellent and the hotels have excellent facilities that keep the young ones busy right into the evening. With this in mind, we have placed a dedicated family rep in this resort in order to help you with every aspect of your family holiday, from making sure the whole families boots fit, to organising a wealth of evening activities you are free to join in as much as you please.
