Snowshoeing
Aprés ski in Kicking Horse is a relaxed affair, but still with plenty
to keep you occupied. There's a choice of restaurants to choose from,
including Sushi Kuma which is open until 9pm, or dine at 7,700 feet on
Friday to Sunday at Eagle's Eye Restaurant where you can take in the
stunning view and have a Sunset Dinner for around $50 per person.
If
you're looking for a little more of a party atmosphere then head to the
middle of Gondola Plaza to the Extreme Peaks bar where you'll find all
the action straight off of the slopes. If you're wanting to carry on
into the early hours, it's just a short walk to the The Local Hero
Pub, open until 1am.
For something a little different, Kicking
Horse offers a brand new Tube Park for the young and young at heart, a
Fire Pit, for that campsite feel at the end of the day or why not try
some Snowshoeing on the 4km trail.
