Canadian City Add-Ons
It's
a bit further to go than Europe so you'll probably want to stay at least
10 or 11 nights and see as much as you can while you're there. Why not
take the opportunity to visit some exciting cities and some famous
attractions or simply shop. We've selected some quality hotels in the
major hubs you'll be flying into which can be added to the start or end
of your holiday for as many nights as you wish.
Vancouver
Vancouver is an amazing combination of 'big city' and 'the great
outdoors' which really does have something for everyone. Its location
on the waters edge and close to the mountains ensures spectacular
views in every direction. Great for shopping, or just relaxing in a
cafe.
There are regular trolley bus tours around Stanley Park, a
wonderful market at Granville island, ferry trips over to nearby
Victoria on Vancouver Island, many well priced fine dining restaurants
and even three ski resorts within a stones throw of the city. If you
are staying for a few days then a trip to the Capilano suspension
bridge, Treetops Adventure walk or up Grouse Mountain on the North
Shore are also great places to visit.
