Beginners

Levi is an excellent resort for those starting out wth the majority of its 45 runs being particulary suited to beginners and improvers. The ski school meets at the ski base and provides excellent English-speaking tuition.

Intermediates

Levi is particulary suited to intermediates with an array of blues and reds to entertain.

Advanced

Take advantage of our ski leading service and let one of our experienced guides show you the most challenging terrain that the mountain has to offer, including the illuminated World Cup run.

Snowboarding

Levi has held several world cup events and Finland continues to produce some of the world's top riders. Levi's pistes are wide and well-maintained making it an excellent choice for beginners, although they're also a great place to jib and to perfect your carving technique if your at a more intermediate/advanced level. Although it doesn't feature an abundance of steep vertical, it more than makes up for this with it's expertly shaped park and pipes.

resort good-plenty of activities for non skiers, easily arranged via info office or rep. buses ran hourly around pistes that were open-shame they stopped at 6.30pm,as we were in log cabins (warm comfy well equipped in picturesque area) couldnt make use of late opening (8pm)red front slopes unless we got a taxi(similar cost to uk) good ski hire-zero point-also they will replace lost ski passes if you keep number.beginners need to bus to south slopes-good for learning/practice.ravintola restaurant popular good and less pricey than most -recommended. cantina bar good for snacks-fries cheaper than zero point!plenty of snow. be prepared for nakedness at tunturi spa-didnt bother me!
hated flying from heathrow-lack of organisation from BMI didnt help, but would not stop me returning.

We have returned from Levi after a fab week (half term) As a cross country skier it was like paradise with so many routes and floodlights at night. The kotas en route with fires and refreshments were great. The downhill skiing for the experienced teenagers in my family met with approval. We went on an excursion to the Reindeer farm including a sleigh ride - this was magical (although the excursions are expensive). Our rep Vikki was helpful and very good at her job. Reindeer steak at the Steak House was delicious
