Beginners
Ylläs is an excellent resort for beginners, offering gentle nursery slopes and confidence boosting blue runs. The ski school provides excellent English-speaking tuition to teach first timers or improve the technique of intermediates.
Intermediates
Ylläs is particulary suited to intermediates - practice your turns on a good choice of red runs, some of which are illuminated and open every evening. Ylläs is home to some of the
longest runs in Finland.
Advanced
Take advantage of our ski leading service and let one of our experienced guides show you the most challenging terrain that the mountain has to offer. Yllas is home to a Super G slope.Snowboarding
Wide well groomed pistes make yllas a perfect choice to perfect your carving and overall technique, Yllas is very 'snow sure' due to its northerly latitude and also features some great treelined runs. Finland has produced some of the best freestyle snowboarders in the world, what it lacks in vertical it makes up for in parks and pipes so there's still plenty to challenge the more adrenailin enthused rider.
