Being purpose-built there is a commercial centre with a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Avoriaz is not ideal for non-skiers, as it has limited non-skiing facilities. Avoriaz has a reasonable selection of bars and restaurants, offering a varied choice of après-ski. As there is not an abundance of choice, bars that are available have a great atmosphere.
