Beginners
The nursery slopes are situated at the top of the bubble lift preparing beginners to ski down the long, green runs back to the village. Once you’ve mastered the basics, there are plenty of easy blue runs to conquer!
Intermediates
The Grand Serre Chevalier ski area has a huge number of exciting and challenging intermediate runs to explore. The efficient lift system links the mountains above the four villages providing kilometres of easy-to-cover blue, red and black runs of varying gradients and degrees of difficulty.
Advanced
There’s plenty to keep the adrenaline high, especially the 6km Olympic run leading down to the village of Chantemerle. L’Isolée is an exhilarating black run along a narrow ridge down towards Echaillon. Other challenges come in the form of mogul fields and off-piste.
Snowboarding
The area is extensive and offers snowboarders a wide variety of terrain above and below the tree-line, including a natural half-pipe at Grand Alpe. The lift system contains many drag lifts which newcomers to the sport may find difficult to use.
