Off Piste Skiing holidays

If you’re looking for challenging off-piste skiing or boarding we recommend some world-class resorts for serious consideration. All enjoy more than their fair share of challenging terrain and copious amounts of fresh powder.

Off Piste Skiing in the Alps

In search of quality powder in the Alps? Off piste skiing can be easily found in numerous resorts in Austria, France and Italy. They are also excellent destinations in which to celebrate your powder accomplishments, offering some of the best après ski in the world.

Heli-Skiing Dreams

Push your boundaries even further. Heli-skiing in Canada is a lifetime dream for many. Choose to add a heli-skiing adventure at the end of your stay in Canada and you’ll get the chance to venture off-piste in the powder capital of the world. Our heli skiing holidays are based in the untouched mountains of the Selkirks and Purcells, known for their deep, dry consistent snow falls, making them idyllic for backcountry challenges.

Safety First

With more people than ever exploring unpatrolled areas, it’s vital to know the dangers and be prepared with essential safety equipment. If you’re going off-piste, we always recommend you take a professional guide with you. We also vouch for specialist courses offered by many ski schools such as transceiver and avalanche awareness sessions.

Taking Your Own Equipment?

If you’re taking your own equipment or borrowing a friend’s, remember to pre-book your ski or snowboard carriage. For £15 return, you have the peace of mind that space has been reserved on your flight for your equipment. In the unlikely event that it has to be off-loaded, it will be forwarded to your resort as quickly as possible or we will provide replacement equipment until it arrives. Leave it until you get to the airport and you run the risk of there not being enough space, plus it will cost you more.
