The resorts of Canazei and Campitello sit alongside each other a couple of kilometres apart, situated at 1300m in the Val di Fassa , a steep sided glaciated valley out of which rise some of the highest peaks in the Dolomites. These villages are an ideal launchpad into the immense ‘Dolomiti Superski’ area, where intermediate skiers will love the hundreds of miles of piste on offer just waiting to be explored. This area is popular with a host of different nationalities so you’re as likely to hear Dutch, German and Swedish being spoken in the bars and restaurants as Italian! This cosmopolitan atmosphere is as lively or sedate as you want and is easy to join in (or opt out of) as much as you want. Canazei and Campitello also offer some of the best value accommodation we have on offer in the Dolomites.
