Expert Advice
"A combination of sunny south facing slopes and a glacier mean great conditions for all abilities"

Situated on a high sunny pass, Passo Tonale, one of Italy’s highest purpose-built resorts enjoys skiing on both sides of the valley. Thanks to some clever pisting and the opening of a new gondola, replacing the old Paradiso cable car, it is possible to ski both areas with ease. Furthermore, Tonale is experiencing a period of growth, with a new gondola linking the neighbouring town of Ponte de Legno, which helps to compliment Tonale’s high altitude slopes. A great choice for people who want to stay close to the slopes with a modern speedy lift system. A combination of sunny south facing slopes that are excellent for beginners and snowsure north faces on the glacier mean good snow conditions are always an easy find. Although non skiing activities are limited in Tonale, Ponte di Legno has a range of shops and a sports centre with swimming pool, reachable by a regular ski bus.

Please note: Ski helmets are compulsory for children and are included when children book ski hire.
