Non-Skiing ChildrenFor parents wanting time to learn or to explore the ski area, our
Neilson-run Snowman Club provides a secure, fun environment for 2-5 year olds. Here, our very own experienced Neilson nanny will look after your little ones in a well-equipped room at the Geilolia Ski Centre. There are plenty of toys, games and activities to keep them amused and if the weather is good, outdoor games are organised. Six full days (09.00 to 16.30) or half days (morning or afternoon) can be pre-booked from £100 for 6 x half days low season. Lunch is included if full day care is booked and can be organised locally if half day care is booked.
There is also the resort-run Trollklubben English-speaking crèche at the base of Geilolia ski area, catering for children aged 0-7 years. Opening hours are the same as the lifts (09.30 until 15.30 or 16.30 depending on the month) every day. They can also provide a ski school escort service to/from ski school for your child if you are on the slopes or in lessons. Skiing ChildrenGentle and uncrowded - the ski slopes in Geilolia are perfect for children learning and improving. The resort has provided special lifts and an outdoor playground close to the ski centre making. The ski school has specially trained instructors who teach children from 4 years, encouraging them and boosting their confidence along the way.
