One of the main reasons for booking a Neilson Catered Chalet is the fact that you don't have to do any of the cooking, just leave it all up to us! When you get back from a hard day on the slopes you'll be met with tea/coffee and a freshly baked cake to boot! All of our chalets serve up a three course evening meal of good wholesome home-cooking, perfect to replenish all of the energy you spent out on the mountain.

Platinum Service in four of its premium chalets. Located in the heart of the most sought after resorts in the Alps, these catered ski chalets feature sumptuous menus and a wealth of enhanced services to make your holiday really special.
Skiing Chalet Holidays for Families with ChildrenA chalet skiing holiday is ideal for families, providing a safe, homely atmosphere where the children can play and the parents relax. We accept children of all ages in our chalets as long as your group is taking the whole chalet. When the group is not taking the whole chalet, we do not accept any children under the age of 12 years.
We provide as many facilities and services we can in our chalets to make things easier for parents including:
* Early dinners and special menus on request
* Cots and highchairs on request
* Use of a fridge for food storage and equipment for heating formula and baby food
Special Dietary RequirementsOur hosts also have the advantage of being flexible in their meal preparations. If you have any special dietary requirements, be it a vegetarian option or a special favourite for the kids, we will do our best (within reason!) to accommodate you (even if the dietary requirement is egg and chips!)
Enjoy Exclusive UseIf you want to take a whole catered ski chalet but are short of a few friends or family for the minimum occupancy don't worry. Simply use the Sole Use of Twin supplement to calculate the cost of the empty beds. Between the whole group, this may not be as expensive as you'd expect and in return you'll get the run of the chalet and extra room to enjoy!
The Chalet Super Service
If your group is booking the whole chalet and really wants to indulge, we offer a Chalet Super Service. For a supplement of £55 per adult and £30 per child in European chalets.
By booking the Chalet Super Service, your group will receive a host of meal and drink enhancements including:
* Hearty cooked breakfasts
* Daily snacks for the slopes
* Afternoon tea and freshly baked cakes spiced up with some 'vin chaud'
* Aperitifs and pre-dinner snacks
* Four course evening meal
* After-dinner mints & freshly ground coffee
* A selection of wines with dinner

Our Neilson-run chalets, lodges and hotels have not been built to a formula. Perhaps this is part of their charm. They vary in size and style and often do not have an official rating. We have assigned a Neilson rating to guide you in your choice, based on the opinions of previous guests and experienced members of the Neilson team.
