If you are looking for a modern barratt home, then this the place for you. Of all the ski chalets we have stayed in this the most un atmospheric. We had the unfortunate pleasure for staying over christmas, thinking we would get that tradtional "swedish" christmas. It was like staying in Travel Lodge With NO LOG FIRE, its actually a gas fire with a cement surround, and even though we have lighlighted this many times it is still being mis advertised. The rooms are small, we had to take it turns to get out bed to dress in the morning, due to lack of space. Very disappointing, and very disappointed with the Neilson. On a positive note, very pretty quiet resort,no good for beginners though only one green run they can ski. Rep and chalet maid brilliant. In summary, nice resort, suggest stay elsewhere.

This a well thought out Chalet. No it is not a "typical alpine log chalet" but it has everything you need including a host to look after you. we went as a small group of 4 an there were others here and the chalet worked fine (one word of warning there are 2 small rooms - those people will need to spread out into the spacious chalet). 2 toilets and one shower per floor (6 people to a floor) and 2 showers attached to the Sauna. a spacious lounge, several televisions throughout. Ski locker drying "cupboards" boot and coat storage (could do with more hooks or benches). one of our party found the air quite dry so if you suffer from this come prepared.

Please READ your invoice (Neilson have made the following points clear based on previous feedback but you really have no-one to blame if you ignore that and the feedback here ;o)) it states on there no log fire (but the gas fire is fine - you probably won't need it anyway) and that the rooms are variations on the twin theme (again not a huge problem but you will want to know)
