Energise your body and get your heart rate pumping with our fantastic fitness programme. Exercising outdoors with the sea and beach as your backdrop is a brilliant way to start the day. In each Neilson Beachclub resort you can expect to find a fitness
programme, broken down into three types of class: High Energy;
Conditioning and Toning, plus Chill out and Wellbeing sessions.
Whether
you choose to chill out with a relaxing stretch class or push your body
to the limit there is something for everyone and classes are for all
levels and abilities.
Daily Activities
Every day the fitness programme will typically include early morning yoga classes, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics sessions in the pool and an evening stretch and relaxation class. In addition there will be conditioning classes, which aim to tone up and strengthen problem areas and improve core strength either with Fitball or matt-based exercises.
For those of you that want to work hard and sweat there will be daily sessions such as dance fitness, Bootcamp, Aerobics and Circuit Training. We have also designed a number of fitness classes to complement tennis and biking.
Your fitness instructor will also arrange walks, swim sessions and group running sessions throughout the week, giving you a chance to explore the local area and maintain your everyday fitness or training programme from home.
Personal Training
Most resorts have air-conditioned gyms, where personal training and fitness testing is also available, just ask your trainer for more details when you arrive.

– to reduce life's stresses and promote flexibility, enjoy stretch and relax, morning walks and morning yoga.
