Evening Care
Childrens clubs operate
from 2.30pm to 10.30pm on two days (with the exception of Hot Shots), leaving
you free to make the most of your non-inclusive evenings, exploring the town
and sampling the delights of local restaurants or simply to enjoy the evening
in the hotel restaurant. Meanwhile your children will be sleeping soundly or
enjoying the evening entertainment of our children's clubs.
Our superb approach to childcare doesn't stop when the sun goes
down. We can offer supervised evening activities for 5-12 year olds and what's
more it's all included in the price.
Sleep Clubs
On certain evenings during the week we offer a three hour
babysitting service in our creche for all children aged 4 months - 5 years.
This service is available at a supplement, subject to availability and bookable
in resort.
Three nights a week on
inclusive meal nights, we offer a 2 hour evening session for all children aged
5-12 years. The evening sessions offer a variety of activities designed to keep
your children occupied whilst you enjoy the evening at our restaurant.
On the same evenings we
offer a three-hour babysitting service in our creche for all children aged from
4 months - 5 years. We settle the children down for the evening following their
individual bedtime routines in our well-equipped crèche complete with cots and
cot beds.
This service is available for £20 per evening; any
siblings can be booked for an additional £10. Sleepclubs are subject to
availability and bookable in resort.
Due to best practice and health and safety reasons we do not offer in room babysitting. We do not promote the use of baby listening devices and children should be supervised at all times, never being left in rooms unsupervised.
Health Matters
If your child falls ill during the holiday, you will be expected to take over care until there is no further risk of the illness spreading. Please note a doctors certificate may be required.
Additional Needs
We operate an equal opportunities and inclusion policy in all of our children's clubs, we work together with you to cater to your child's individual needs. Please assist us by informing our reservations team when booking of any additional requirements your child may have. The more information you can provide us with the more certain we can be of catering to you and your child's needs. Whilst we do our best we cannot offer one to one care/supervision or instruction and if this situation arises we may need to remove your child from the club.
Some children do not settle into our clubs, we will work with you to help them, however if they fail to do so we may ask you to remove the child to avoid causing them and other children distress.
Supervision and Responsibility
We will be responsible for your children whilst hey are in our care, we will ensure that they are supervised at all times. We ask that you do the same whilst they are in your care.
