Neilson Phokaia
Spacious and set amongst beautiful gardens with a wonderful large swimming pool, set close to the beach, Phokaia is a firm favourite with returning Neilson guests.
Accommodation at Neilson Phokaia is split between rooms in the main hotel and rooms in a number of clusters throughout the gardens, all rooms offer a modern feel with air conditioning, fridge, telephone,
flat screen TV and hairdryer. Rooms with seaview are available for a supplement.
The following room types can be found in the main hotel:
Twin or double rooms have bath with shower over and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, the majority with balcony or terrace, some also have a sea view. These rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people. A few are available for sole occupancy.
Inter-connecting rooms sleeping up to 4 people consist of two
individual rooms with twin or double beds, each with their own bathroom
and balcony or terrace. These rooms sleep a minimum of 3
and maximum of 4 people.
Junior suites have a master bedroom,
separate lounge with sofa bed, bath and balcony with pool and sea
views. They can connect to an additional twin room to sleep up to 5
adults.
The following room types can be found in area 2 of the garden:
Twin and double bedded rooms with shower and balcony or terrace, some
also have a sea view. These rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people. A few rooms are also available for sole occupancy.
Triple bedded rooms consist of three single beds or a double and single, with shower and balcony or terrace, some
also have a sea view. These rooms sleep a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3
people.

We also have a number of family rooms and garden villas:
Family rooms located near the pool have a double bed and bunk beds within the same room and terrace offering views over the gardens towards the sea.
Garden villas have two floors and two bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with sofa bed, wet room and a private terrace with access to the gardens.The first floor comprises of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath. The first floor rooms are in the eaves and have sloping ceilings.

For children
Neilson run children's clubs are available all season for children aged 4 months to 17 years.
Meals
Club Board - daily breakfast, daily lunch and four evening meals included per week. Full Board Upgrade available for £60 per adult per week and £45 per child per week.
