Lesvos is in Greece's northern Aegean Sea, overlooking the Turkish coastline. The Aeolian village has been built in typical Aegean style, with extensive grounds that give the hotel a wonderful feeling of space. Situated at one end of a beautiful bay on a long stretch of fine golden sand.

The charming village of Skala Eressos is a ten minute walk along the beach with quaint cafes, restaurants and bars built on bamboo-covered decks extending out over the sand on stilts - the perfect place to enjoy some traditional Greek hospitality.

I have just returned from Lesvos, had a week of great food, excellent staff tuition, lovely accomodation and enjoyable entertainment. I have been on loads of Neilson holidays, always a great experience, this is the first Beach + Ive done and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff, yes it was their first week, but the attention to detail and helpfulness was second to none. Sam you are the best, also many thanks to Ross, Lisa and Amy, not in any particular order. Off to Dahab in a couple of weeks, so cannot get enough of Neilson hols! Lil

Just returned from Lesvos last week 19 June,we had a fabulous time, it was our first experience with Neilson's and certainly will not be the last. As a travel agent myself i have travelled around the world but I have never met such a friendly and enthusiastic team!! My husband Gez would like to thank all the beach team including Amy and the girls for the excellent sailing tuition and Jamie and the waterski-ing team. I would like to thank all the nannies at Sea Urchins, especially Carley who made my son Max's holiday a very special one! He misses you xx. The food was excellent and George the restaurant manager could not have been anymore accommodating. Thanks to all the restaurant staff and pool bar staff especially Alex and Liam, once again Max misses you Alex!! I will definatley be recommending my customers to go on a Neilson's Holiday!! What an amazing holiday!!

We had an amazing fortnight and cant wait to come back, hopefully next season!!

We had a a brilliant time and I really enjoyed all the activities thanks to all the beach staff for the excellent tuition especially to Chloe and Nick for getting me windsurfing and Phil and Sally for beginner plus tuitiuon week two. Thank you Amy, Chloe (again) and Ross for getting me sailing even if only just!! And an especially big thanks to Joe, Panos and the rest of the guys on the ski boat for nearly getting me wakeboarding!!!

Thanks to George and his amazing kitchen and waiting staff for the amazing food everyday. The bar staff were great and always enthusiastic about what you had been doing. Thanks to Mike and Sam for a great evening activities programme!!

For anyone who hasn't been on holiday with Neilson or to the Lesvos resort I would highly recommend it all staff were so commited to there jobs and nothing was too much hassle.

One final mention has to go our fellow guests who helped make the holiday an experience to remember. We were lucky to have met some really lovely people on holiday.

For anyone thinking about going to Lesvos it's a lovely resort and there is plenty to do whether your thing is doind everything and going home as tired as possible or relaxing by the pool!!
