ATOL Protection and ABTA Membership
ATOL Protection
The air holidays advertised on this Site are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority
('CAA') under our ATOL 1179. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who
book and pay in the UK. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that
you are not stranded abroad, or will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an
advance booking if you have not travelled. The price of your air package holiday will include
the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL protection contribution that we pay
to the CAA. The amount is payable on booking your holiday and is non-refundable in the event
you cancel your booking. The amount you have paid will be shown on your confirmation invoice.

ABTA Membership
We are a member of ABTA The Travel Association ('ABTA'). Our
membership number is V6896. Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd is a member

flight, financial security is provided by means of the bond that we
provide to ABTA.
