From the guests' very first contact with Neilson, whether online or on the
phone, right through until they arrive on their holiday and return

MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIESNearly all our managers have been recruited from within the company. We have chalet hosts that now manage out hotels and windsurf instructors that are operational and commercial masterminds developing our biggest products.
It takes a certain type of person to become a manager and we understand that not everyone can or wants to manage people and a product, but, if you're one of those special people who thrives on pressure and wants to pursue a challenging and rewarding career then we have some great programmes in place that will encourage and help you to develop you skills in to becoming a successful manager.
If you're a budding supervisor or manager of tomorrow then we'll set a structure for you to follow to support your development and will provide ongoing training in all Neilson functions including IT, financial control, people management and many others.
