As part of our ongoing commitment to listening to our customers we ask everyone who travels with us to complete a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire. We have used your comments received from last winter to reward those hotels, ski schools and equipment hire shops which have consistently exceeded your expectations.
We asked you to rate all aspects of your holiday, from service and cleanliness to standards, facilities and food – and those which excelled in these areas have been awarded the ‘Award for Excellence’.
