up to 1 free place in every 4 paying people. We realise this may not always be the most suitable or cost effective deal for your group so if you would rather have other things such as free lift passes or private taxis to resort included in the price, simply ask us.

How We Make It Easy

1. Deposits
We allow ample time for you to collect deposits and information from your group and while you do this, we hold your accommodation and flight seats (charter only) until you are ready.
2. Free Name Changes
We make no charge for name changes on group bookings travelling on Thomas Cook charter flights up to four weeks prior to departure.
3. Free Pre-booked Seats
We offer, on Thomas Cook Airlines flights, pre-booked seats for your group free of charge. This enables you to check in individually while still having the reassurance that you will all be seated together on the flight.
4. Private Transfers
We can organise private transfers to most resorts for a supplement
5. Regional Departure Airports
If your group is spread across the country, we can organise different regional departure airports from the UK.
