The week beginning 6th May 2012 sees the return of the triathlon training camp and race to the idyllic Neilson Retreat in Sivota, Greece.
The camp is designed for complete beginners to intermediate age group triathletes, training for the sprint, Olympic or 70.3 distance and is a fun holiday, providing the perfect balance between triathlon training, coaching, relaxing and socializing. We include all the essential parts of pre-season triathlon training such as open water swim skills, swim technique, transition skills, brick workouts, long aerobic workouts, interval workouts, core stability workouts and a sprint triathlon to finish off the week. In between there is still plenty of time to relax!
The coaching team for the week is headed up by pro triathlete and ironman Rich Allen, coach Ryan Bowd, swim coach Tonya Allen, international physio Vicky Annis and Olympic physio Ali Rose.
The camp costs £784 per person based on 2 sharing (£449 plus camp coaching package of £335). Bike carriage is £40
