New for 2022 we’re delighted to introduce you to the wonderful Levante Beach Beachclub on the island of Rhodes.
Levante Beach is modern and contemporary with fantastic facilities for all activities. With an enviable location on a long stretch of sand and pebble beach, it enjoys a prime spot for all watersports, particularly sailing and windsurfing. There are excellent tennis facilities with six courts, including a show court, two padel tennis courts and a bar for refreshments.
If fitness is your thing, you'll love the classes and training facilities at Levante Beach. We've teamed up with 'Powered by Playitas' to bring you a large choice of daily classes, an air-conditioned gym with fixed and free weights, CrossFit WOD's, indoor studio classes, a large, shaded outdoor fitness platform and a 'cool pool' to start the recovery - so you're ready to go again the next day.
The real wow factor at Levante Beach has to be the six swimming pools, including a huge free form family pool, sports pool and adult-only pool, whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax or space to put in some laps, it’s easy to find your place for a little ‘me’ time.
Dinghy sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding – take your pick, it’s all included at Levante Beach Beachclub!
Launching from the beach, sailors will love the large sailing area and consistent winds. We offer inclusive dinghy sailing tuition for all abilities from our expert team six days a week. Beginners make the most of the light, morning winds and will follow the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Start Sailing programme.
The wind tends to pick up in the afternoons and for our intermediate and advanced dinghy sailors, we offer RYA Level 2 plus a range of clinics on Asymmetric’s, Lasers and Catamarans. Races and an end of week regatta are the perfect way to put your skills to the test.
Equipment: We’re still working on our final kit list, but typically you can expect to find craft such as the Laser Pico, Laser 1, Laser Dart 16 catamaran, Laser Bahia and more.

Levante Beach is a great destination for all windsurfers – whatever their ability. Mornings are perfect for our beginner tuition sessions with light morning winds and a calm sea, all of which makes for an excellent learning and teaching environment. Intermediate and advanced windsurfers will love the windy afternoons when we get some great conditions for blasting across the large bay.
All windsurfing tuition follows the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) teaching scheme, so you'll be progressing in a safe and fun way. If you're after a few pointers, just sign up for the group sessions with one of the team, they'll advise you of the right group for your level.
Equipment: We’re still working on our final kit list, but typically you can expect to find a range of beginner, intermediate (160-130 litres) and shortboards plus Dino rigs for children and start rigs for beginners.

Master riding the wake, practice your slalom skills or just enjoy the buzz of being towed behind one of our ski boats. We include up to two free tows per person per week (three if you're on a 10 or 11 night holiday).
If you’re going to be spending a lot of time behind the boat, why not pre-book the premium pack? Your daily session with our ski coaches will enable you to learn or progress your skills. The team will try to book your slots when the conditions are best so you can get the most out of every session. The premium pack will also give you enough time to try a bit of everything, you’ll get six 15-minute tows for just £150 per person.

Non-sailors can get out on the water in one of our kayaks and can even join an organised kayak safari or try stand up paddle boarding (SUP), a relaxing way to get in the water and a great addition to any fitness programme. You are welcome to go kayaking at any time that the beach is open but must remain in the sailing area and our instructors are always on hand if you need some pointers.
Equipment: Gemini single and double sit on top kayaks; Red Paddle Co stand up paddle boards (10'8") and XXL stand up paddle board (8 man).

The typical wind force ranges from 2-4, with gentle cross-onshore conditions in the morning and stronger offshore winds later in the day. The thermal Meltemi winds are typical of this area and are strongest during July and August, but you may also experience them in June or September. When the Meltemi blows you can expect moderate winds in the morning, picking up to force 4-5 in the afternoon.
Back on shore, there are even more activities for you to enjoy with tennis, fitness, mountain biking, road cycling and a gym.
At Levante Beach, we have six AstroTurf tennis courts, one of which is a show court and two padel tennis courts. All are floodlit for extended play and there’s a tennis bar for refreshments.
There’s an extensive range of inclusive coaching options from our tennis team, free play, and social tennis. For a little extra we have a Premium offering for those who already play tennis regularly. With just eight places in the Premium group, we recommend pre-booking to save your spot.
Our two padel tennis courts are brand new and we guarantee you'll have a great time trying this great sport. The rules generally follow those of regular tennis but you'll find it's easier, really quick to pick up and a great ice-breaker (there is a small supplement for padel tennis). There is also a multisport court for basketball and five-a-side football.
We provide a selection of adult and child rackets from Babolat.

As you would expect from a Powered by Playitas beachclub the fitness and training facilities are impressive and cater for all abilities all the way up to competitive athletes.
With an indoor fitness studio, shaded outdoor fitness platform and CrossFit WOD Box there’s a daily programme of fitness classes and training activities for everyone including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), CrossFit, boot camp and run club. For something a little more relaxing try yoga or stretch and relax at the beach cabana…pure bliss. There’s also an air-conditioned gym with a comprehensive range of static weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. All classes are included, so no excuses!
Swimmers will love the array of different pools. The 25m purpose-built exercise pool with lane swimming is perfect for keen swimmers. Our free-form family pool is huge at 81m long and 1.4m at its deepest. Next to this pool, there is a baby and toddler pool. There’s also an adult pool and beach pool – (both are 25m long) plus an indoor pool.
The island of Rhodes is a paradise for cyclists with an excellent network of lovely cycling routes to suit all abilities. Road cyclists will love the smooth tarmac roads with long gentle climbs, equally long descents and plenty of steep climbs. Combined with very little traffic and inspiring views Rhodes is right up there with the best of our road cycling destinations.
The mountain biking is just as good with beautiful coastal routes, quiet rural roads, rocky paths and dry riverbeds, fruit orchards, olive groves, sleepy villages, craggy mountain ranges and swathes of cypress and pine trees.
There are several guided rides each day; intermediate and challenging rides tend to leave early to make the most of the cooler mornings before the sun reaches its highest. Easier rides tend to be shorter, along the flat ground where possible and leave late afternoon.
Make time for pure relaxation and pay a visit to our fabulous spa complete with sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, indoor pool and treatment rooms. Massage, facial, manicure, body treatments... whatever your needs our team of trained therapists are on hand to look after you. Treatments are charged to your room.
We include daily breakfast and lunch plus four evening meals per week. All of the inclusive meals are served in the ‘Amalthia’ restaurant which has indoor and outdoor dining spaces. For breakfast, expect pastries, cereals, Greek yoghurt and honey, cold meats, eggs, pancakes, fruit and freshly squeezed juices, there really is something to tempt just about everybody. Lunch and evening meals feature Greek and Mediterranean inspired dishes using plenty of locally sourced produce.
For your non-inclusive meals try one of the many traditional Greek tavernas in the local town or if you prefer to relax a little close to home, head over to our pool-side snack bar and Greek taverna.
With a beach bar, tennis bar, sports bar and lobby bar you’re spoilt for choice over where to enjoy your next cocktail or refreshing cold drink!
Rooms are spacious with contemporary furnishings and neutral decor. Bathrooms are roomy and modern with a separate walk-in shower. Club twin or double rooms are located throughout the beachclub with views of the surrounding mountains, tennis courts, pool or sea. All club rooms are on the first and second floor of the main building or in individual buildings within the grounds. A number of these rooms are interconnecting with a shared internal door and are perfect for families.

And at Levante Beach you’ve got so much more; a fabulous combination of short transfer, spacious interconnecting bedrooms, extensive grounds, a huge swimming pool plus a shaded toddler pool, 5-a-side football, playground and large, air-conditioned kids’ club rooms.
Don’t forget the action-packed kids’ clubs six days a week and evening care options – giving the grown-ups plenty of time to relax too! There’s an activity-packed club for all children from two to 17 years and the Starfish creche is available as a supplement for our youngest guests (four to 23 months). Make sure your children don’t miss out, pre-book before you go to secure a space in the club for them.

Levante Beach Beachclub is on the island of Rhodes, the largest island in the Dodecanese group of islands and is known as the ‘Island of the Sun God Helios’ being far enough south to enjoy long hours and days of sunshine. Rhodes is known for its crystal clear sea, endless sandy beaches, spectacular sunsets, archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Medieval City.
Our beachclub is situated on Afandou Beach, the nearest small village of Kolymbia is about 1.5km away. The main street, lined with eucalyptus trees, has a selection of bars, restaurants and small shops. There’s a rocky headland which separates two beaches and a small, pretty harbour.
10-night holidays arrive on a Saturday and depart on a Tuesday, 11-night holidays arrive on a Tuesday and depart on a Saturday. There’s a welcome meeting on Wednesday morning for 11-night guests.
