The Sales Centre

The Sales Centre is on the front line of everything we do. Although you will need to work hard, there will always be plenty of incentives to keep you focused, genuine job satisfaction to be gained and you will always be well rewarded for doing a brilliant job.
Individuals stepping into this role need to be sales target driven, have a real passion for providing exceptional customer service and have the ability to make every customer feel highly valued in order to convert initial enquiries into bookings.
You will always provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to both travel agents and direct customers that will ensure Neilson’s excellent reputation is maintained and that sales/service targets are achieved.
There will be lots to learn and your product training will be ongoing, however, if you are a natural communicator that enjoys the buzz of working in a lively and hardworking sales team, this could be the job for you!

Sales and Marketing

The Neilson brand is one of the most recognised in the industry. Developing our brand takes a team of highly creative individuals that collectively identify the consumer demand relative to our Neilson products.
Variety is one of the main attractions of working in this team with roles covering the brand, the web, direct online and social media. All in all, we can offer a wide range of opportunities for future Neilson brand developers.

Product and Purchasing

Our product and purchasing department is one of the best with some of the most commercially focussed negotiators in the business.
They work hard with our suppliers to influence, negotiate and develop the very best product and pricing offerings.
The ability to effectively apply and manage commercial activities in a dynamic business environment is an absolute must.

Business Support

We have a number of people that support the infrastructure of our business on a day-to-day basis. The business support team work tirelessly to manage our facilities and ensure that the UK team always have the required tools for the job. 

IT & Systems Team

The IT & Systems Team monitor, maintain and develop the computer systems/networks in our Brighton office and throughout our overseas resorts.
They are the heartbeat of the operation and our tech-savvy team install/configure systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve all manner of technical problems.

Human Resources

A business is only as good as its people. The HR Department's main function is to bring out the best in every individual. This is a fast-paced, people facing and dynamic environment.
From the initial recruitment & selection stages through to ongoing development and employee engagement, the HR team support every stage of the employee journey.


The Overseas Department support our overseas management team to ensure that our summer/winter product always delivers on the promise to exceed customer expectations and promote customer loyalty.
This is a department where the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, internal/external customers and suppliers is absolutely essential.

Finance and MI

The Finance & MI team work tirelessly to provide solid support along with accurate, timely financial analysis that backs up the future planning and forecasting of the business.

Commercial and Planning

With sound business acumen, an aptitude for figures, the ability to manage long-term projects and exceptional people skills, Commercial & Planning focus on profit and loss.
The team have a strong understanding/appreciation of how the company profits are reflected in our operation and price our holidays accordingly.
