Children are never bored on a Neilson holiday. Our aim is they have an action packed fun holiday and also learn through play. Along with traditional favourite games and activities, we encourage them to try something a little different - be it cooking local delicacies or learning some of the local language and culture. The clubs run 6 days a week and we provide a wide variety of stimulating and exciting activities both on and off the water - including sailing, kayaking, nature walks, treasure trails, arts and crafts, pool games... In the evenings we either offer evening activities or a 3 hour babysitting service.

Each day, the fitness programme typically includes early morning yoga classes, pilates, aqua aerobics sessions in the pool and an evening stretch and relaxation class. In addition, there will be conditioning classes, which aim to tone and strengthen with fitball or mat based activities. We offer high energy sessions each day - including Zumba, boot camp, aerobics and circuit training. We also run a number of fitness classes to complement tennis and biking. Our fitness instructors also arrange walks and group runs and can offer personal training and fitness testing.
Cycling is an important part of what makes a Neilson beachclub holiday so special for our guests. We offer a range of rides for all abilities, from gentle cruises to challenging adventures. All our beachclubs offer mountain biking, and most feature road cycling too.
It’s the Neilson cycling team that makes all this happen. Passionate about their sport, and welcoming to all, Neilson bike guides, managers and mechanics ensure that cycling with Neilson is an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Neilson bike guides lead a range of rides most days, providing assistance and coaching that really helps our guests enjoy their cycling. They skilfully maintain our fleet of quality bikes, performing routine maintenance and fixing issues that arise in the workshop or out on the trail.

Behind the glamorous, efficient and relaxed atmosphere of any professional yacht, there's a team with focus, skill and knowledge on all aspects of seamanship, navigation and yacht maintenance. The ultimate prize in this glitzy industry is 'super yacht' work. So we don't pull any punches here. We work at the other end of the market, introducing often complete novices to the world of yachting. Our fantastic yacht staff provide the warmest welcome, best instruction and excellent level of service. We have sailing centres in Greece (Vounaki and Retreat), both equally stunning and both with a choice of flotilla routes for all abilities and levels of experience.
Are you looking to work in a beautiful, warm and sunny location that offers you fantastic opportunities to develop your own personal skills? Do you enjoy passing on your water sports skills and experience to others? We recruit talented and qualified instructors who have experience working with children and adults in a range of water sports. In addition to sailing and windsurfing we offer water skiing and wakeboarding, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, swim coaching and a lifeguarding service. All our resorts are RYA accredited and we teach all abilities. Beginners learn in a friendly and fun environment to gain confidence and intermediates and experts can work on all aspects of technique. Neilson instructors do a lot more than just instruct. Amongst other things they set up the beach, ensure safety cover, assist guests taking kit out and organise and host social events several evenings a week. Is there a better way to spend the summer?

Running a successful hotel takes a lot of good people in a variety of different positions. Each summer we recruit for nearly 200 hospitality roles, mostly within our Greek hotels. The majority of the hotel team work split shifts - hours in the morning and then in the afternoon/evening. All departments within the hotels overlap and work as one overall team. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day and involve setting up, serving and clearing whether you're front of hose or in the kitchen. The housekeeping team clean the bedrooms and public areas and the receptionists answer queries and process paperwork. During the day, bar staff serve drinks and snacks and in the evening provide a bar and tray drinks service through dinner and until the bar closes.

Most of our managers have been recruited from within the company. We have former chalet hosts who now manage our hotels and windsurf instructors who are the operational and commercial masterminds developing our biggest products. It takes a certain type of person to become a manager. We understand that not everyone can or wants to manage people and a product, but if you're one of those special people who thrives on pressure and wants to pursue a challenging and rewarding career then we have some great programmes in place that will encourage and help you to develop your skills into becoming a successful manager.
