As a Neilson Ski Rep you'll be the face of the company, always on hand to help, be able to stay calm under pressure and still keep smiling. Your day will be structured around visits every evening and most mornings to wherever you have the most guest contact - a hotel, chalet, ski school meeting place or mountain restaurant. You'll plan and promote a nightly apres ski programme, answer questions from guests and accompany them skiing several times a week. As well as contact with guests, there's a lot of back office duties to do including accounts paperwork, preparing arrival and departure details and making welcome packs. Unexpected medical emergencies are also common place. The sheer variety and unpredictability of the job calls for some very special qualities.
