This web site (the 'Site') is operated by Thomas Cook Tour
Operations Limited. Please read these terms and conditions carefully
before using this Site. You must consent to these terms and conditions
without qualification if you use this Site, and if you disagree with
any part of these terms and conditions then you may not use this Site
in any way.
This Site is intended for use only by users who access it from
the United Kingdom. The information and prices on this site only apply
to users who make a booking from the United Kingdom. We are a company
incorporated in England and Wales and our business and the services we
offer are governed by English Law. We are not licensed to trade as a
tour operator outside of the United Kingdom therefore we are unable to
accept bookings from users who are not based in the United Kingdom.
No warranties and/or representations of any kind, express or
implied, are given as to the compliance of the information shown on
this Site or the services we offer with any laws of any other country,
and the laws of other countries will not apply to this Site or to the
services we offer.
We reserve the right to deny access to this Site at any time without notice.
Governing Law
Access to this Site is conditional on your agreement that all
information contained in it and all matters that arise between you and
us will be governed by English law. It is also conditional on your
agreement that any dispute that arises between you and us will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and
Wales.
Site User Obligations
By using this Site you agree that:-
- You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account

- You warrant that all information you provide about yourself and about anyone else shall be true and accurate

transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in
any way by you except that one copy of the information contained within
the Site may be made by you for personal, non-commercial use
All bookings made on this Site are subject to the Thomas Cook
Tour Operations Limited booking conditions in addition to these Site
conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable
booking conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain
limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment
charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has
been confirmed.
No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express
or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on
this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of
any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for
any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential
or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the
use of any of the information or material contained on this Site
and/or the use of or access to any other information or material via
web links from this Site, or any inability to access this Site. These
exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and,
except for information or material accessed via other sites or supplied
by an identified third party, where consistent with the applicable
booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or in part,
are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any other reasons,
that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other
exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.
We may change any aspect of this Site or its content, including
the availability of any holidays, features, information, or other
content, at any time without notice. The information and prices on this
Site are not 'live' and are updated from time to time. Every effort is
made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but,
regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously
incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price.
The prices and any discounts shown on this Site are applicable to sales
made via this Site only, and may vary from the prices offered for the
same holidays booked by other means, such as via a travel agency store
or over the telephone.
You must ensure that you provide the correct credit or debit
card billing information when you make payment online. If you do not
supply the correct billing address and/or cardholder information, the
issuing of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost of your
holiday may increase. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after
issue if payment is subsequently declined by your card company, or if
you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We reserve the
right to carry out checks on the information you supply in order to
minimise the risk of card fraud, and before issuing tickets we may in
certain circumstances require you to provide us with a fax or postal
copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit/debit card
and a recent statement.
This Site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We
do not accept any liability in respect of your inability to access or
use this Site at any time or for any interruption in that access or
use, or for any failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant
that this Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that
may cause loss or damage.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
The holidays and flight prices you may have seen on our website or e-mail, are not live. Although prices and availability are updated very regularly, holidays and flights are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday or flight our website will then check the live availability and price on the Neilson reservation system, therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed. Homepage pricing includes all applicable online discounts.
Neilson may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs. Where applicable, these additional charges are included in our advertised prices but will be shown separately on your holiday price summary.
Payment Card Charges
With the exception of payments made using a debit card, all payments by credit cards are subject to the standard credit card fee of £5.95 when using this facility. We accept the following payment cards; Maestro, Delta, Solo, Visa debit, Mastercard debit, Visa, Mastercard and Thomas Cook Visa.

Holiday Prices
Prices are quoted per person and per booking and are based on the number of adults sharing as given in the booking enquiry. Accommodation supplements are determined by the date the accommodation is occupied and not the departure date (unless otherwise stated). All prices shown are correct at the time of enquiry, but we reserve the right to change our prices; prices can go up or down.
When you check our latest holiday price on our website or with your Holiday Advisor, you will be advised of the basic holiday price including any additional costs associated with your choice of flight (such as, the departure point, day and time of flight or seasonality of your flight). The only supplements you are likely to see when you book that relate to your choice of flight will be for extra leg room seats, or other optional services (such as seat selection).
Important Information about changes to the way we price our holidays
We have made some changes to our holiday pricing system which has changed how our prices appear on our reservation system, website and confirmation invoices. When you check our latest holiday price on our website or with your Holiday Advisor, you will be advised of the basic holiday price including any additional costs associated with your choice of flight (such as, the departure point, day and time of flight or seasonality of your flight). The only supplements you are likely to see when you book that relate to your choice of flight will be for extra leg room seats, or other optional services (such as seat selection, internet check-in).
Local Charges
At some accommodation certain amenities may carry a local charge. Unless we have stated that a service or facility is ‘free’ in our accommodation descriptions or included services/facilities in an all inclusive package, you may be asked to pay a charge. Here are a few examples of what you might expect to pay for locally, but always check first as there may be others.
• Daily car parking charge at some hotels/apartments.
• Entertainment and activities away from your accommodation.
• Highchairs, cots, hotel run Children’s Clubs and meals for infants.
• Meals and beverages from certain restaurants and bars at your accommodation.
• Certain premium drink brands or à la carte meal options and the use of certain eateries and bars at All-Inclusive hotels.
• Safety deposit facilities, room service, mini-bar, TV/ satellite TV, telephone calls, air conditioning and sea views.
• Facilities and equipment such as pool towels, sun loungers, whirlpools, indoor pools, sauna, table tennis, billiards and darts and other sporting equipment
Official Ratings and Tour Operator Ratings
At Neilson we have own ratings for when we assess accommodation unless otherwise stated. The rating's that are shown on our website are our own ratings and are an attempt to give a guide to the overall quality of property. These universal ratings are usually based on the views taken from customer feedback and of senior managers in both the UK and overseas. Where applicable, official ratings are given by the authorities in the country, and do tend to give a fair impression of relative standards within that country. Please be aware that different countries have different rating standards; therefore a 3-star hotel in one country may not be the equivalent to a 3-star hotel in another.
