All offers are valid for new bookings only, are subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any offer must be added at time of booking and may not be combinable with other offers unless otherwise stated. Neilson reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time and in the event of any dispute, the decision of Neilson Active Holidays is final. On holidays without flights to Alana Beach Club, one free child place is available per room for children aged 2-12. Save up to £1,092 based on a 5-12-year-old staying for 7 nights in School Holidays (arriving between 26 July 2024 – 18 August 2024).

SNOW CENTRE / CHILL FACTORE OFFER 

 Book any Neilson Ski holiday departing between 14 December 2024 and 13 April 2025 to receive a free lesson or a one month lift pass at The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead or Chill Factore, Manchester. One free lesson or pass is applicable for each person aged four or over on the booking, subject to availability at the chosen location. Offer is valid for new bookings only, made between 16 April 2024 and 31 May 2024.

Bookings for all lift passes and lessons must be made directly with the Snow Centre or Chill Factore, providing the promocode/s that will be sent to the lead booker via the Neilson Sales Team. The promocode/s will be sent to the lead booker within 48 hours of holiday booking confirmation. 

All Snow Centre / Chill Factore bookings must be made within the applicable date ranges, and customers must ensure they meet the minimum skill requirements for their choice. Passes and lessons are non-transferable, have no cash value alternative, and are only for use by the named person on the booking.

Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at anytime. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Neilson Active Holidays is final. The offer is not combinable with any other discounts or offers.

One Month Pass

One-month passes are available for anyone named on the booking, subject to meeting the requirements detailed by The Snow Centre and Chill Factore.  The one-month pass can be used between 17 April and 30 September 2024 only, monthly Passes are valid from the 1st until the end of each month. Monthly Passes cannot be used for events or Full Park Fridays. Closures and restrictions may apply. Please note, no further discount applies to lessons, food and drink or equipment hire.

Free Lesson

One free group lesson can be selected by those aged 4 or over, named on the booking. The free lesson must be taken between 17 April and 30 September 2024 only and is subject to availability. Those aged 17 or over can choose one Beginner, Improver, or Skills Development lesson. Each lesson is a group day session lasting 5 hours and includes instruction plus ski, boots and helmet hire. Those aged between 4 and 11 can select a one-hour group lesson, inclusive of instruction plus ski, boots and helmet hire. Those aged between 11 and 16 can select a 90-minute group lesson, inclusive of instruction plus ski, boots and helmet hire.
 

Andorra - free child lift pass for under 12s with Each adult lift pass 

Children under 12 will receive a free area lift pass with each full price adult lift pass purchased.

winter 2024/25 child prices 

Children aged 2-4 years receive 40% discount and children aged 5-12 years receive 20% discount.

Group booking offer for 2023/24 holidays

Free Group Leader Lift Pass for groups of 12+ adults

Free lift pass applies to the cheapest adult lift pass booked. If booked in conjunction with half price lift pass offer, the pass will be upgraded to 1 free lift pass and not in addition to half price lift pass. Applicable for groups of 12 or more, provided all lift passes for the group are pre-booked.

Child discount age 14 years & under

Child discounts apply for children up to and including 14 years of age when sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults and apply to the basic adult price. Discounts apply to the basic holiday price only and all other supplements and charges still apply. Children of all ages are accepted on all dates.

Group holiday booking conditions

All group offers are subject to availability and the number of group offers per departure may be limited or withdrawn without prior notice. Group offers may be limited to selected properties. Please ask for details.

• All group bookings are subject to availability.
• Children do count towards group bookings.
• The group must book exactly the same holiday at the same time. We may allow large groups to travel from different airports on application.
• Groups travelling for any duration other than 7 nights are on request.
• The cancellation of group numbers may result in the loss of group benefits.
• Group offers are not available for accommodation only holidays.
• All passengers must pay the deposit. A group option can be held on holidays for 7 days while deposits are collected, however, this is dependent on availability and how far in advance you book.
• All passenger names must be supplied 10 weeks before departure or at the time of booking (with deposits). Subsequent name changes will incur an amendment fee unless you are a group of 12 or more, in which case you'll also benefit from free name changes up to 4 weeks prior to departure. When supplying passenger names, you must at the same time also confirm your rooming list: by this we mean who is to share a room with whom. If you fail to do so, we will allocate rooms and cannot accept any liability if these arrangements do not meet your approval.
• Names may be required immediately at the time of booking on some departure dates or destinations.
• Any person who acts as the leader of a group (whether or not they travel on the holiday), shall be the ‘lead name’ with all the usual responsibilities associated with that role as set out in our booking conditions. In addition, the group leader shall be responsible for confirming all travelling passenger details to either the Travel Agent or directly to our Reservations department. They will be responsible for paying all sums that are payable in respect of the booking as a whole (including any amendment/cancellation charges), and for passing on accurately and in full to travelling passengers any and all information issued by the Travel Agent or us, including, but not limited to, passing on copies of our confirmation invoices and a copy of our booking conditions.
