First time in Sauze-d'Oulx/Via Lattea: great ski-ing holiday!

Friendly, attentive, enthusiastic and efficient staff.
Excellent food: varied and healthy.
Very pleasant, small-ish hôtel with charm and ambiance. Pleased with my room.

Well-organised activities like NME guided sessions, coach trips to Bardonecchia and Montgenèvre.

Used my own gear, so I can't comment on the quality of gear supplied. But I did take my skis down to be waxed at Cros Sports and they did a quick, efficient job at a reasonable price.

Lots of assistance with transfers.

Would definitely go back to Jouvenceaux/Edelweiss and would consider other Neilson activity holidays in summer or winter.

Great skiing holiday at Chalet Hotel Casale Neilson.
All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make it a home from home.
Plenty of food, choice of vegetarian or meat every night. Soup or salad starter, desert and cheese and biscuits.
Cosy lounge for sitting in and relaxing or playing games. Cosy bar too. Rooms small but cosy and comfortable.
Good breakfast with choice of cooked and continental.
Abit of a walk down the hill to the lift and locker but only about 10 minutes.
Ski area great with good tree lined free ride sking .
Would definitely return .
