New menus for Winter 2012/13
We've been working with our friend and TV Master Chef, Chris Coubrough who has designed our delicious new chalet menus together with his Master of Wines who has chosen the best selection of wines to compliment your three-course evening meals. Have a look at an example of what you can expect below.
Breakfast
Granola, cereals, yoghurt, bread, preserves, porridge, fruit juices, tea & coffee plus sausage, egg, bacon & tomatoes
Afternoon tea
Lemon & poppy seed drizzle cake
Evening meal
Starter - Velvet sweet potato & coconut soup with warm baguette
Main course - Lancashire hot pot with chorizo & lamb, topped with potato
Dessert - Rich chocolate mousse with crushed amaretti biscuits & fresh raspberry coulis

Catered chalet ski holidays are great for groups
Our chalets are perfect for groups of friends and family that want to make the most of their time together on holiday. You only need 7 people or more to qualify for group discount which means they’re great holidays for your wallet too! Skiing chalet holidays for families with children
A chalet skiing holiday is ideal for groups of families, providing a safe, homely atmosphere where the children can play while parents relax. We accept children of all ages in our chalets as long as your group is taking the whole chalet. When the group is not taking the whole chalet, children must be 12 or over. We provide as many facilities and services as we can to make things easier for parents including:
- Early dinners and special menus on request
- Cots and highchairs available on request
- Use of a fridge for food storage and equipment for heating formula and baby food
Special dietary requirements
Our hosts also have the advantage of being flexible in their meal
preparations. If you have any special dietary requirements, be it a
vegetarian option or a special favourite for the kids, we will do our
best (within reason!) to accommodate you (even if the dietary
requirement is egg and chips!)
