Continental breakfast everyday with a hot option on six mornings a week

Upgrade to Super Service
For those guests wanting something extra special from their chalet holidays, Neilson offers a Super Service
upgrade when a group occupies the whole chalet. This upgrade features
sumptuous menus and a wealth of enhanced services to make your holiday
really special.
Please Note: For Winter 2011/12 we will no longer be offering Super Service as the standard board basis in the Chalet Chartreuse or Edelweiss.
Skiing chalet holidays for families with children
A chalet skiing holiday is ideal for families, providing a safe, homely atmosphere where the children can play while parents relax. We accept children of all ages in our chalets as long as your group is taking the whole chalet. When the group is not taking the whole chalet, we do not accept any children under the age of 12 years. We provide as many facilities and services as we can to make things easier for parents including:
- Early dinners and special menus on request
- Cots and highchairs available on request
- Use of a fridge for food storage and equipment for heating formula and baby food
Enjoy exclusive use
If you want to take a whole catered ski chalet but are short of a few friends or family for the minimum occupancy don't worry. Simply use the Sole Use of Twin supplement to calculate the cost of the empty beds. Between the whole group, this may not be as expensive as you'd expect and in return you'll get the run of the chalet and extra room to enjoy!
Special dietary requirements
Our hosts also have the advantage of being flexible in their meal
preparations. If you have any special dietary requirements, be it a
vegetarian option or a special favourite for the kids, we will do our
best (within reason!) to accommodate you (even if the dietary
requirement is egg and chips!)
