Free 'Choose Your Seat' & online check-in
We offer 'Your Seats Your Choice' free of charge when 12 people or more book a
group ski holiday on a Thomas Cook Airlines flight. This enables you to select your flight seats & check-in online on the Thomas Cook Airlines website up to 7 days before departure - so you can all be seated together
Free name changes
We make no charge for name changes on group bookings travelling on Thomas Cook charter flights up to four weeks prior to departure
Free Lift Pass Delivery
All pre-booked lift passes will be delivered to you in resort, ready for your first morning on the slopes.
Free options
We’ll hold off your chosen option to give you time to confirm details and collect deposits.
Regional departure airports
If your group is spread across the country we can organise different regional departure airports rom the UK. And as long as you're travelling on the same date to the same resort you'll still qualify for all of our group discounts
We'll do the running around for you
If
it's more convenient, we can call each group member individually to take
payment when it's due, but only with the permission of the group leader.
Rooming lists in advance
We'll send you a rooming list to allocate your groups rooms in advance for hassle free arrival.
Group dining
We can reserve seating for you in all catered accommodation so that your group can sit and dine together.
Your customised group price
We realise this may not always be the most suitable or cost effective
deal for your group so if you would rather have other things such as
free lift passes or private taxis to resort included in the price, just

Confirming your group ski holiday
We know you need some time to get everybody's details and deposits
together so, we can hold your group's accommodation and flight seats
while you gather this information (this applies to charter flight seats
only). At the booking stage, all we need is a deposit for each person
travelling. The amount is £129 per person for charter flights (including
children). Full payment for your holiday is due 10 weeks before
departure.
