We also accept all major payment cards. We don't charge for using credit, debit or charge cards. 

Please note that payments made my bank transfer can take up to 5 working days to process and show on your booking.

When is my balance due?

Your balance is due 12 weeks before your departure. You can view and make payments on your balance by logging in to your My Neilson account area.

 

Flexible payment plans

With our new pay monthly option, you can now spread the cost of your Neilson holiday over a 3-18 month period and secure your holiday with a 15% deposit for Beach Club holidays / £100pp for Ski holidays. Using your credit or debit card, this hassle-free payment option is designed to make your holiday planning easier and budgeting for your holiday a breeze.

  • Will it cost me extra to use flexible payment plans?
    No, there will be zero payment fees and no interest fees. You'll pay exactly what you'd pay if you paid for the entirety of your holiday at the time of booking.
  • Who's eligible to use flexible payment plans?
    It all depends on when you’re booking your holiday for. As long as you can make a minimum of three monthly payments and one final balance payment, 28 days before departure, you’ll be able to use our flexible payment plan.
  • Can I decide the date I make my monthly payments on?
    Yes! We have a choice of payment dates of either the 1st, 15th or 28th of the month. You’ll have to select the date of the month you’d like your payments to come out so we can take the money straight out of the account you’re paying your deposit with on your preferred date.
  • Can I make changes to my monthly payment plan?
    Once you’ve set up your payment plan, you will not be able to modify any aspect of the payment plan. But you can check when your next payment is due, how many payments are left, and make additional payments in your My Neilson account, if you make any additional payments on your booking or booking amendments, your plan will automatically adjust your monthly payments to reflect this.
  • Can I cancel my monthly payment plan?
    Yes, you’re in complete control of your plan and can cancel at any time by cancelling your booking.
  • What happens if I add to the total of my booking by buying extras like meals or seats?
    That’s no problem, we’ll just add it to your balance which will automatically adjust your future payment amounts.
  • Can I change how much I pay every month?
    No. Once you’ve paid your deposit we will spread your outstanding balance over the remaining payments, however if you make any overpayments this will automatically adjust your monthly payments to a lower amount.
  • The card I paid with will expire before the end of monthly my payment plan – can I change it?
    Yes, just log in to My Neilson and make a small payment with a new credit or debit card (£1 will do it), this will automatically change your payment plan to use this new card for all future payments.
  • What happens if my card's expired?
    When we notice a payment card has an expiry date before the next payment date, we will email you to remind you to update your payment card details.
  • Can I make monthly payments using a credit card?
    Yes, you can pay using a credit card or debit card.
  • Will you remind me about my monthly payments?
    Yes, we’ll send you a helpful reminder 5 days before each payment.
  • What is the final payment due date?
    You should clear the final balance 28 days prior to departure, this will happen automatically if you're on a payment plan.
  • How much deposit do I have to pay?
    For Beach Club holidays the, the deposit for flexible payment plans is 15%. The standard deposit for other bookings is 30%.
    For Ski holidays, the deposit for flexible payment plans is £100pp. The standard deposit is £250pp
  • I already have a booking, can I move onto a flexible payment plan?
    Unfortunately not, customers who have an existing booking or did not select a payment plan at the time of booking, will not be able to switch to a flexible payment plan.
  • How do I add flexible payments to my booking?
    When you reach the 'secure payment' page you will be given the option to pay the full amount, pay monthly or pay a deposit. Select Pay Monthly to see your payment schedule and initial payment amount.
  • How many months can I spread my payments?
    Your payment has to have a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 18 months, the plan will automatically spread the payments over the number of months between booking and when you travel.
  • Are my payment plans secure?
    We use tokenisation which is a security method used to protect a customer's sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers, with a unique, random set of characters called a “token.” This process helps us to keep your payment data safe during transactions because the actual card information is not being used or stored. This is a standard used by all of the UK banks.

Full terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.


1.    Promoter: Neilson Active Holidays Limited, Locksview, Brighton Marina, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5HA.

2.    Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the Promotion including Neilson employees, their agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step’ family).

3.    Promotional Period: The Promotion opens at 00:00 on Wednesday 14th January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 24th February 2026.

4.    Internet access required for entry. Entrants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

5.    Purchase necessary. Open to customers who book a qualifying standard package, within the Promotional Period, for either Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude or Neilson x Mangia’s Torre del Barone, in accordance with the Promoter’s standard terms and conditions. A qualifying standard Neilson package is a booking for up to 6 people to either Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude in Mauritius, or Neilson x Mangia’s Torre del Barone resort in Sicily, for a holiday departing before 1st May 2027.

6.    The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

7.    How to enter

a.    During the Promotional Period, book a Neilson standard package at www.neilson.co.uk for up to 6 people to either Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude in Mauritius, or Neilson x Mangia’s Torre del Barone resort in Sicily, for a holiday departing before 1st May 2027, to be automatically entered into the prize draw.

b.    If you would prefer not to participate in the Promotion, please opt out by emailing marketing@neilson.com by 17:00 on Wednesday 25th February 2026.

c.    Maximum one entry per household, per destination. A household can make a booking for each destination for one entry into each draw but can only win one Prize in total.

d.    No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that either a entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase that entrant’s or a household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms, these entrants and will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

8. Winner Selection:

a.    There are 2 winners in total (one winner for each destination ‘Winner’).

b.    There are 2 draws in total. All eligible entries received for each destination during the Promotional Period will be placed into a random prize draw conducted by a computer-generated randomiser on Monday 2nd March 2026. The Winner will be the first entry randomly selected for each destination.

c.    One prize per household.

9.    Prize Fund:

a.    There is 1 Winner for each destination (2 winners in total): 
1x Winner of Neilson x The Ravenala Attitude in Mauritius.
1x Winner of Neilson x Mangia’s Torre del Barone resort in Sicily.

b.    1x Winner randomly drawn for each destination wins their booked Neilson standard package to that destination (‘Prize’).

i. The Prize covers flights from a UK airport, airport-hotel transfers, accommodation and activities as described in the Neilson standard package for a max of 6 people and as per each winner’s original booking. For Mauritius, the Neilson standard package is on an all-inclusive basis and for Sicily the Neilson standard package is on a half-board basis. The Prize covers the number of people travelling together on the dates specified at the time of each Winner’s original booking.

ii. Package Extras such as flight extras/upgrades travel insurance, airport parking, airport hotel stays, airport lounge access, any additional upgrades are not included as part of the prize.

iii. The Prize also excludes all additional costs such as travel insurance, domestic transfers, spending money, and all other expenses not expressly included within these Terms and Conditions.

iv. Package dates, airport, number of guests and room types, and any other element of the original booking cannot be amended, changed or upgraded upon winning the prize.

v. Any Package Extras and additional expenses are at each Winner’s own cost.

c.    Once each Winner has confirmed their acceptance of the prize, they will receive the normal holiday confirmation documents from the Promoter within 7 days of acceptance and be reimbursed for any monies already paid to the Promoter, credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

d.    The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named Winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and is not for resale.

e.    The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

f.    The Promoter reserves the right to not award a Prize if there are no entries which meet the entry criteria.

10.    Winner Notification:

a.    Each Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email on Monday 2nd March 2026. Each Winner will have 7 days to accept their Prize. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they respond to the Winner notification. If a Winner does not respond within the initial 4 days of notification, they will be contacted again via email and telephone and given a further 3 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the Prize is not claimed within 7 days of the initial Winner notification date, the prize will be forfeited, and if there are enough qualifying entries, awarded to a runner-up chosen at the same time as the original. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a Winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

11.    Data Protection

Personal data provided by the entrant in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter to assist with running the Promotion and assist with booked Neilson packages. The Promoter will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at www.neilson.co.uk/privacy-policy

General:

12.    The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to: verify the eligibility of any entrant or Winner by requesting proof of identity and/or address; disqualify any entrant or Winner found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; disqualify entrants who make an entry on someone else's behalf; disqualify an entrant or Winner if they are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

13.    Where we suspect that a Winner has breached these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to verify the Winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address and that they are the person associated with the booking and / or winning notification.

14.    The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing marketing@neilson.com  within 1 month of the end of the Promotional Period. Should an entrant become a Prize Winner they may request their surname, and county is not published in the event they win by notifying the Promoter at the time of accepting their Prize. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the Winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

15.    We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties if the failure to deliver our obligations is outside our reasonable control. However, if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

16.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.

17.    Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion and/or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.

18.    The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

19.    The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.














 

 

 

I can't find a deal or price I saw before?

All our holidays are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday, our website will then check the live availability and the current price. Offers are also subject to change without notice but we will always try to warn you if a deal or offer is coming to an end.

 

Are there any adult-only holidays?

Whilst not strictly adult only, our Buca Beach Club is great for adults as all guests are 15 years and above. For more info see our Great for adults page.

 

How do I request special assistance for my flight?

For all airlines, please refer to the information via Special Assistance.

 

Can we arrange a 1-2-1 nanny for our child with additional needs?

We want all children to be able to do their thing to the max! The activities we offer in our kids' clubs are full of fun and adventure, with the health and well-being of the children at the heart of what we do. Large groups, new environments and exciting activities can sometimes be a little overwhelming for children with additional needs, even if they thrive in mainstream education. When this is the case, they may benefit from our one-to-one care.

Designed to ensure all children are getting the incredible level of care they deserve as well as being able to safely enjoy activities as part of a group along with their new friends in the kids' club.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we require you to have suitable insurance cover for the travel arrangements you have booked with us and any activities that you expect to take part in. Visit our holiday extras page to find out more about our insurance provider.

We don't have any brochures available to view at the moment.

 

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

In our Neilson-run Beach Clubs and Mountain Collections hotels, chalet hotels or chalets, we can cater for most dietary requirements, be it vegetarian, vegan, gluten or lactose-free options, or even a special favourite for the kids.

These options will be delivered to the same quality as the regular menu at no extra cost. If you or anyone in your group have any dietary requirements please notify our reservations team 28 days before your arrival to ensure your needs can be accommodated. If you have any allergens which may cause a severe adverse reaction, please call our sales team before booking to discuss your needs further.

We can take requests for non-Neilson-run properties, but we can't guarantee your requests will be met as we don't run the properties.

 

Where are my tickets?

You can download your travel documents from your online My Neilson account area. From there you can keep up to date with your booking, manage your marketing preferences and make payments too.

Is there anything we can book for a special occasion?

If you're celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary whilst on holiday with us, please let us know and we'll help you make it extra special.

 

What is the cut-off age for child prices?

On Beach Club and Sailing holidays, children are 17 years and under on the date of return from holiday.

For guests booking into one of our Mountain Collection properties, children are aged 14 and under on the date you return.

The lead passenger on any Neilson holiday must be aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.

 

Do I have to pay accommodation tourist taxes?

Unless we have stated that a service or facility is included or free in our accommodation descriptions you may be asked to pay a charge locally. For example local tourist taxes, room services (i.e. minibar), health and beauty treatments, snacks and drinks etc.

Tourist taxes are payable when you check out of your Beach Club or ski holiday accommodation. 

In Sardinia, expect to pay up to €4 per person per day, with no charge for children under 12 years. There is no tourist tax to pay in Croatia. Currently, our Beach Club in Turkey includes the local Tourist tax in the price of the holiday.

The Greek government has introduced a new compulsory tourist tax, called the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax, which will replace the previous hotel tax. You will need to pay the tax when you check out of the Beach Club. The rates are:

  • Messini, Buca and Levante Beach Clubs €15 per room per night

  • Vounaki €10 per room per night

  • Cosmos €5 per room per night

  • Xenia €2 per room per night

The local Tourist taxes for France, applicable for adults 18+ are:

  • Hotel Le Menuire & Spa and the Hotel La Tovière €5.28 for departures up to 31 December, €5.39 thereafter per person per night

  • Hotel & Spa Savoie €2.86 per person per night

  • Hotel Ducs de Savoie €1.87 per person per night
For our hotel in Italy, expect to pay €2 per person per night, with no charge for children under 12 years. And for Andorra, the charge is €1.61 per person per night.

In Italy, the tax is €2 per person per night and applicable to everyone over the age of 12.

Choose Your Room

Choose Your Room prices vary depending on the room type booked and the location within the Beach Club. All our pre-bookable rooms are priced between £50 and £125 per room per week; interconnecting rooms count as 2 or 3 rooms. Some room types cannot be pre-booked, and all are subject to availability. Choose Your Room is not available on any Neilson Inside Collection property.

Choose Your Room is available only for 7 and 14 night durations.
