Mini Olympics
Creating your own family version of the Olympics is a great way to get everybody active and together, with a little healthy competition thrown in for good measure. For the best results and happy families all round, choose events and sports that play to a variety of interests, strengths and abilities.
Don’t make things too complicated, it’s meant to be fun. Make use of whatever you have lying around, try hula hoop challenges, games with tennis rackets and balls, egg and spoon races, long jump, create an obstacle course etc. We've love to know what mini Olympic challenges you and your family can come up with!
