We ran a survey of 1,000 UK parents to reveal that half (49%) of them feel guilty about wanting to do their own thing, without the kids, on their family holiday. Whilst it may go against every parental instinct to prioritise ‘me time’ on holiday, it is actually a really important psychological process for both parents and children to experience.
