Brazil’s national drink. Our Caipirinha cocktail recipe is refreshing and easy to make, this classic cocktail is a combination of cachaça, sugar and loads of fresh lime.
60ml Cachaça (a distilled sugar cane spirit, usually found together with the white rums in the supermarket)
Half a lime cut into 6 chucks
2 teaspoons of soft brown sugar
Mix it up
Grab a short tumbler and muddle the lime chunks together with the sugar. Top the glass up with crushed ice and add the Cachaça. Stir well and cap it off with more crushed ice.
