Brazil’s national drink. Refreshing and easy to make, this classic cocktail is a combination of cachaça, sugar and loads of fresh lime.
Our Bramble cocktail recipe is a delightful mix of gin and lemon juice served over crushed ice and topped with an eye-catching shot of blackberry liquor.
20ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
A dash of blackberry liquor (Chambord, crème de cassis or something similar)
Mix it up
Add all the ingredients, except the liquor, to a shorts glass and fill it up with crushed ice. Churn briefly, cap with crushed ice and drizzle the blackberry liquor over the top. Garnish with a couple of fresh blackberries and a lemon wedge.
