Always a popular choice at bars across our beachclubs, this mojito cocktail recipe is a cool combination of rum, fresh lime, sugar and mint.


60ml of white rum 20ml fresh lime juice 6 – 8 fresh mint leaves 20ml sugar syrup Soda water Lime wedges

Mix it up

Add the rum, sugar syrup and fresh lime to a tall glass, then fill with crushed ice. Place the mint leaves down the side of the glass. Stir briefly, add extra ice and top it up with soda. A mint sprig and lime wedge on top will finish it off beautifully.
