The staff are exceptional and teams led by Customer Services Mgr Charlie complimented by Front Desk Olga and Restaurant Mgr Marsel - The rooms are spotless and even the cleaners smile - The activities offer something for everyone and the winning formula of NO kids and there are even signs up to keep 'em out - Food and 4 nights of a la carte per week provide exceptional value - The atmosphere in the evening has been subdued in last 2 years in keeping with a more tranquil clientele and could do with spicing up on a couple of nights to redress this - that is though personal preference and do understand reasons.
