The staff at Messini , both local Greek teams & Nielsen teams provided excellent customer service! Food in the restaurant was varied, fresh & of a high level. Accommodation was lovely. Activities were plentiful & appealed to a variety of interests & experience. As a first family experience, we loved Nielsens & will definitely be back. Our teenagers loved it so much that they are inspired to want to work for Nielsens as all team members spoken to appeared to genuinely enjoy working for Nielsens & felt valued & appreciated by the company. This pride came across very strongly & enhanced our overall customer experience hugely. Happy staff, happy customers! Congratulations Nielsens!

Exceptionally well organised from beginning to end, enthusiastic and helpful team with a great manager (Frosty) overseeing and being fully hands on with the day to day even driving us personally to neighbouring bays for kite surfing lessons. Food was varied and good quality. Kids clubs well staffed and great feedback on children's day to day activities
