The team at Neilson are second to none. They really make the holiday. The food is fresh, tasty and leaves you feeling good. The activities abundant if you want them. The hotel clean with spacious rooms. Overall excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Alana Beachclub. The hotel staff were all really helpful, from the reecption staff who were happy to give restaurant recommendations and make bookings, to the bar staff who provided excellent service, to the restaurant manager who ran the wine tasting evening in such fun fashon. The Neilson staff were all fantastic as well; they were friendly, always willing to chat, knew what they were talking about for their specialism (and many of them covered more than one activity), and gave great tuition. All of the equipment for the activities was in really good condition and clearly looked after, and there was so much choice of activities and excusions that we were never left wondering what we were going to do. The scenery around the resort is always spectacular, with the National Park just up the road being well worth a visit.
