This was our first Neilson holiday and we really enjoyed it. Cannot fault the childcare, activities, staff (particularly the sailing team who expertly taught a nervous first timer how to sail), accommodation and location. Only minor gripe was that the 'heated' pools were absolutely freezing, but the excellent spa facilities more than made up for it.
