Jet 2 - information about your flight

  • You can check in and pay to pre-book seats and add any flight extras (in-flight meals, additional luggage, sporting equipment) for selected routes via www.jet2.com/neilsonactiveholidays using your Neilson Booking reference number and Surname of the lead booker. This can be done 6 weeks before your departure date. (Please note Check In and pre-bookable extras are not available on flights from Gatwick to Grenoble or Gatwick to Turin as these are chartered flights, Check in is only available at the airport)
  • For certain routes, you will find your unique airline booking reference on page 3 of your booking documents. This will be a 6 digit reference (beginning with 3). For these routes, you can check in and pay to pre-book seats and add any flight extras (in-flight meals, additional luggage, sporting equipment). Simply enter your airline booking reference, lead booker surname and outbound departure date via www.jet2.com/en/login
  • This is not mandatory and check-in can be done once you arrive at the airport and seats will be assigned then if not pre-selected.
  • Hold luggage - 22kg per person
  • Hand luggage - 1 piece only per person, maximum weight 10kg, maximum dimensions 56x45x25cm
  • Infant luggage - No luggage allowance, can take one collapsible buggy 
  • Additional Luggage can be booked and paid for directly with Jet2 (subject to availability)
  • Sporting Equipment can be booked and paid for directly with Jet2 (subject to availability)
  • Ski & Board Carriage can be booked via your My Neilson account or added directly through Jet2 on the above log in (subject to availability, not available on LGW-GNB or LGW-TRN routes) 
  • Twilight Check in is available for selected routes. All information can be found via Twilight Check-in® | Jet2.com

 

EnterAir - information about your flight

  • Check-in is only available at the Airport for this Chartered Flight, all Advance Passenger Information will be taken with passport scanners at the check-in desks and boarding passes issued here.
  • You can pay to pre-book seats via Skytrail who manage our Chartered Flights using your Neilson Booking reference number and the Surname of the lead booker. This can be done 6 weeks before your departure date
  • Hold luggage - 20kg per person
  • Hand luggage - 1 piece only per person, maximum weight 5kg, maximum dimensions 55x40x20cm
  • Infant luggage - No luggage allowance, 1 piece of hand luggage with maximum weight 5kg, maximum dimensions 55x40x20cm plus one collapsible buggy.
  • Additional Luggage cannot be added to this flight.
  • Sporting Equipment and Bike Carriage can be added via your My Neilson account (subject to availability)
  • This is a Chartered flight by Neilson, it will not show on the airport parking information, just book parking by time and days needed instead. EnterAir operate out of Gatwick South Terminal.

     

easyJet - information about your flight

  • It is mandatory to check in with EasyJet directly online and enter all passenger information, this can be done from the 5-week point before your departure date, you will need an Airline Booking Reference from us which we manifest for each separate flight and will be emailed to you directly. This will then show on page 3 of your booking documents.
  • This should all be done via easyJet under ‘Check In’ in the tab ‘Find Booking’ – enter your Airline Booking Reference  for your flight and the lead passenger's surname for the booking. (Please note you will be unable to manage this booking if logged in to a personal account with EasyJet)
  • You will be able to pay to pre-book seats and any flight extras (additional luggage, sporting equipment) online once logged in.
  • You must either print off boarding passes or have them loaded onto your phone for check-in.
  • Hold luggage - 23kg per person
  • Hand luggage - 1 piece only per person, maximum weight 15kg, maximum dimensions 45x36x20cm
  • Infant luggage - No luggage allowance, 1 piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight 15kg, maximum dimensions 45x36x20cm that must fit under the seat in front of you plus one collapsible buggy.
  • Additional Luggage can be booked and paid for directly with EasyJet (subject to availability)
  • Sporting Equipment can be booked and paid for directly with EasyJet (subject to availability)
  • Terminal - Any flight with a flight number between 6300 and 6599 (inclusive) operates from/to Gatwick South Terminal, all other Gatwick flights operate from the North Terminal. Flights from Manchester from Terminal 1.

 

 

BRITISH AIRWAYS - information about your flight

  • You can check in and pay to pre-book seats and add any flight extras (additional luggage, sporting equipment) with BA directly, you will need your unique Airline Booking Reference which can be found on page 3 of your booking documents. This will be a 6 digit reference. This can be done via British Airways - Manage My Booking and entering your airline booking reference and lead booker surname. This will only show as available 5 weeks before your departure date.
  • Hold luggage - 23kg per person.
  • Hand luggage -1 handbag/laptop bag per person, maximum dimensions 40x30x15cm plus one additional cabin bag maximum weight 23kg, maximum dimensions 56x45x25cm.
  • Infant luggage -  1 piece of hold luggage with maximum weight 23kg and up to two of the following essentials: fully collapsible pushchair, car or booster seat, travel cot, baby back carrier.
  • Additional Luggage can be added directly with BA (subject to availability).
  • Sporting Equipment can be added directly with BA (subject to availability).
  • Terminal - Information can be found online BA which Terminal.
  • Avios Points can be collected for these flights by getting in touch with one of our sales team.
  • Our Winter British Airways flight for the Gatwick to Toulouse route works differently to the above as we charter this flight. There is no prior check in for this flight, this is only available at the airport. You cannot pre book seats or extras for this flight except adding Ski Carriage which you can prebook through us, we recommend doing this at the time of booking as availability is limited. It is mandatory to complete your passenger information in your My Neilson account before your date of travel.

 

TUI - information about your flight

  • It is mandatory to check in with TUI directly online and enter all passenger information prior to travel, you can also choose to pre-book seats and add any flight extras (additional luggage, sporting equipment), you will need your unique Airline Booking Reference which can be found on page 3 of your booking documents. This can be done via TUI Manage my Booking and entering your departure date, airline booking reference and lead booker surname.
  • Hold luggage - 15kg per person.
  • Hand luggage - 1 piece only per person, maximum weight 10kg, maximum dimensions 55x40x20cm
  • Infant luggage - No luggage allowance, can take one collapsible buggy.
  • Additional Luggage can be added directly with TUI (subject to availability).
  • Sporting Equipment can be added directly with TUI (subject to availability).

 

titan - information about your flight

  • Check-in is only available at the Airport for this Chartered Flight, all Advance Passenger Information will be taken with passport scanners at the check-in desks and boarding passes issued here.
  • Hold luggage - 20kg per person
  • Hand luggage - 1 piece only per person, maximum weight 5kg, maximum dimensions 56x45x25cm
  • Infant luggage -  No hand luggage, 10kg hold luggage and one fully collapsible buggy. 
  • Additional Luggage cannot be added to this flight.
  • Ski & Board Carriage can be booked by the sales team (subject to availability) We do advise that you add ski/snowboard carriage at the time of booking due to limited availability.  
  • This is a Chartered flight by Neilson, it will not show on the airport parking information, just book parking by time and days needed instead. Titan operate out of Gatwick South Terminal.

     

Electric bikes

Airlines do not permit electric bikes to be carried on any flight. If an electric bike is presented at check-in, the airline will refuse it. You will then need to leave your bike at the airport and pay for storage or make arrangements for the bike to be returned home.

Advanced passenger information

Before you travel, we need you to provide us with passenger information for each person on your booking. In a nutshell, this is information from your passport that is required by the country you are travelling to before you get there. This information is only used by the hotel and is separate to the airline check in process. 

How do I enter my passenger information?

It’s easy to add passenger information to your booking. Simply log in to your My Neilson account, go to the passenger information section on the left hand side and fill in your details. Please complete your details by 12pm two days before your date of departure.

Please use our special assistance request form for all Jet2, EnterAir, TUI and Titan flights.

If you are flying with British Airways please call them to arrange special assistance directly on 0800 408 1100.

If you are flying with EasyJet please contact the special assistance team via Special Assistance EasyJet.

travelling with children and infants

Any child under the age of two must travel on the lap of an adult. You will be able to keep your collapsible pushchair until you come to board the aircraft.

transfers for children

It is usual for infants (0 to 23 months) to travel on their parents lap on our transfer coaches. We do not provide car seats for infants or children on our transfer coaches. If you are planning to bring your own car seat, it must be compatible with a 2-point lap belt. Please note that a 3-point child seat will not be compatible with the 2-point lap belts on our coaches.

Children aged 2 to 14 years are allocated their own seat on the transfer coach and should wear the lap or seat belt provided. Passengers over the age of 14 are also advised to wear the lap or seat belt. If you wish to use a 3-point car seat or have an infant in a rear-facing car seat, you should book and pay for a private taxi transfer.

One of our Neilson representatives will be waiting outside on your arrival and to point you in the right direction to your transfer. The timings provided are approximate. Transfer upgrades such as private taxis are available on most of our holidays.
