For those travelling with children, we offer a range of inclusive kids’ clubs for ages 4 months to 13 years during school holidays, plus additional activities to keep teens busy. Outside the holidays, we focus on the little ones, offering clubs for children ages 4 months to 5 years. Older teens (13+) can join in with the adult activity programme.

Rooms are elegant, modern, and all face the sea – wake up, open the curtains, and you’re instantly in the zone. Ease into the day with breakfast on the panoramic terrace at Mediterra restaurant, then as the sun dips, settle in with a cocktail at one of the bars. Between meals, you’re spoilt for choice with relaxed spots to grab a drink or a light bite. Head to Calm Beach Bar for cocktails by the sea, or swing by Lime Pool Bar for chilled drinks, lunch, fresh coffee and ice cream. Primo Bar is ideal for lunch or aperitivo on its open-air terrace, while Chosquito keeps the beach vibes going with refreshing drinks just steps from the sand.

With six tennis courts, two floodlit padel courts and eight pickleball courts, there’s plenty of space to play, practise and progress – whether you're a total beginner or a regular on the baseline.

Our expert Neilson instructors are on hand with coaching across all three sports. Mornings start with green and blue clinics for tennis and padel, while afternoons focus on pickleball, with green, blue, and red sessions to suit your pace.

There’s more to enjoy, too, from relaxed social tennis and fast-paced super drills to padel clinics, which’ll sharpen your skills and boost your confidence. Whether you’re mastering your backhand, getting to grips with pickleball, or giving padel a first go, this is your chance to do it all – with expert guidance every step of the way.

Whether you're in the saddle for the views, the climbs, or just a sunny spin to a nearby town, the roads and trails around Sciacca are a joy to ride.  Join one of our daily guided rides, led by our expert bike team. They’ve already scouted the best quiet roads and scenic loops. Expect great routes, friendly pacing, and a dose of Good Energy.

Hop on a road bike for gentle coastal cruises or rewarding hill climbs; the rolling roads around Sciacca offer it all and are made for discovery. You’ll wind past turquoise waters, climb into olive-covered hills and take in sweeping views across the Mediterranean.  

Prefer to head off-road? Just behind the resort, a network of mountain bike trails climb into the hills, offering a mix of scenic tracks, varied terrain and views worth pedalling for.

Our fleet of e-bikes makes exploring even more relaxed. Head to a nearby town for lunch or take on those hill climbs without breaking a sweat. Great for covering more ground – or just cruising in comfort.

If you're keen to explore under your own steam, grab a bike and head out any time between 8am and 6pm for a self-guided ride. Our team has mapped the routes on Strava and will help you find a route that suits your style – whether that’s smooth roads, steady climbs, or a mid-morning coffee stop.

The calm, crystal-clear waters off Sicily’s southern coast are made for exploring - whether you’re skimming the surface or diving in.

With a snorkel and sea scooter in hand, you can cruise over rocky reefs, dip into hidden coves, and discover the vibrant marine life just beneath the surface. Spot starfish, sea urchins, shoals of fish and even the odd octopus - all clearly visible thanks to the warm, turquoise waters and excellent visibility. Just grab onto the handles and go - sea scooters make it an effortless and exciting way to see more.

Efoiling has landed in Sicily, and it’s something you’ve got to try. This electric-powered board lets you glide above the water with ease, no waves needed. 

It’s one of the most exciting new water sports around, and with expert guidance, the latest equipment, warm water and a stunning coastal backdrop, there’s no better place to give it a go. 

Whether you're new to board sports or already confident on the water, efoiling is a brilliant way to add something different to your holiday. It’s smooth, surprisingly easy to pick up, and a lot of fun. We’re offering free e-foil taster sessions, so you can dip your toes in and get a feel for the ride. Once you're hooked, and you will be, you can pay a little extra to take it further with a full e-foiling experience.

With light winds and calm, sheltered waters, the southern Sicilian coastline is perfect for getting out on a paddle board or kayak - whether you’re up for exploring or want to float and take it all in. Everything’s set up to make it easy: paddle boards and kayaks are ready and waiting at the water’s edge, so you can grab and go whenever the mood strikes.  

You can also join our weekly guided kayak and SUP safari - a relaxed coastal tour with tips and skills thrown in along the way. It’s a brilliant way to see a different side of Sicily and soak up that signature Neilson Good Energy, one paddle stroke at a time. With sunshine on your back, a warm breeze in the air, and crystal-clear turquoise water stretching out in front of you, it's a beautiful setting to set sail from. Launching is easy from the soft, sandy beach, and the bay’s gentle winds and open space make it ideal whether you’re new to sailing or an old hand.

Taster sessions are open to anyone curious to try it - no experience needed. They’re a great way to ease into sailing, with our beach team on hand to guide you through the basics at your own pace.

Fancy something faster? Hop aboard a catamaran joyride and let one of our instructors do the hard work while you enjoy the thrill of the ride. Or under expert guidance, take the helm and pick up some tips along the way.

Confident sailors can also take our catamarans out for free sailing whenever the conditions are right. And with our beach team always nearby to help you get set up, it’s never been easier to head out and make the most of the water.

Swim off Sicily’s southern coast with our guided open-water swimming sessions. Whether you're a confident swimmer or just starting to push your comfort zone, these group swims are designed for all levels, combining adventure, fitness, and a real sense of achievement. 

With expert Neilson instructors leading the way and a support RIB alongside, you’ll build confidence and improve your technique, all while enjoying the freedom of swimming in the open sea.

You’ll enter at the top and make your way down through the resort – and no matter which room you’re in, you’ll be greeted each morning with a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the sea.

Bright, modern, and understated, our 34m² Deluxe Sea View rooms are ideal for a relaxing escape. Soft tones and contemporary design meet thoughtful touches – and that private terrace with views of the sea and gardens really seals the deal.

Stretch out in style. Go on – treat yourself. Our elegant Junior Suites offer 49m² of sophisticated space, perfect for laid-back lounging after a day on the water. With a fresh, modern design and a soft, natural colour palette, they feel calm, comfortable and effortlessly chic. Step out onto your private terrace and soak up sweeping views of the gardens and the sparkling Med beyond. 

Inside all rooms, you'll find air conditioning, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle, bathroom toiletries, complimentary water, beach towels and Wi-Fi – everything you need for a seamless stay.

Local tourist taxes are payable when you check out. The charge is €5 per person per night (correct as of December 2025). 

While this is a brilliant choice for adults looking to relax and recharge, it’s also excellent for families, with our kids’ clubs and plenty to keep younger guests smiling. 

That said, this isn’t your typical Beach Club packed with armies of marching Sea Badgers and full-on family energy. Things are a little more laid-back here – but everything’s still in place to make it a fantastic family holiday, just with a slightly calmer vibe. 

Kids' Clubs

During school holidays, we offer kids’ clubs for children aged 4 months to 13 years, plus additional activities to keep teens happy and busy.  Outside school holidays, we run clubs for younger children aged 4 months to 5 years, so even the smallest guests are looked after while you enjoy some grown-up time.

The beach is long, sandy, and perfect for shell hunting and building epic sandcastles. Our gardens and grounds are big – which means more space to play, explore and burn off that endless energy. To help little legs get from A to B, we’ve got our very own kids’ club fun bus on hand. It’s safe, fun, and part of the adventure. There’s also a fleet of kids' bikes so little riders can get in on the action, with family-friendly paths through the grounds and into the woods behind the hotel. Safe, fun and packed with places to explore.  

Babies from 4 to 23 months can join our Starfish crèche (available as a supplement) – but don’t forget to pre-book to guarantee their place. For families travelling with babies or toddlers, we’ve thought of the extras: cots, baby baths and pushchairs.

Piazza Angelo Scandaliato and Sciacca harbour

Big views. Bigger vibes. Right in the heart of Sciacca’s old town, this lively piazza delivers stunning sea views and full-on Sicilian atmosphere. It’s where locals gather, espresso flows freely, and the sunset is nothing short of show-stopping. Just a short wander from the harbour, it’s the perfect place for a pre-dinner stroll or a laid-back evening soaking up the local life. 

Castello dei Conti Luna

A dash of drama, Sicilian-style. Perched above the town of Sciacca, these medieval castle ruins offer panoramic views and a touch of history with every turn. It’s got that rugged, romantic charm and a view that stretches from the rooftops to the horizon. Just along the hillside sits Castello Incantato, the “Enchanted Castle”, where thousands of hand-carved stone heads, created by local artist Filippo Bentivegna, turn the garden into an open-air gallery of Sicilian imagination. Pack your curiosity and discover a slice of Sicily’s story in the sunshine. 

Valley of the Temples

Just over an hour away is the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, one of Sicily’s most striking cultural treasures, featuring vast landscapes, towering Doric columns, and stories carved in stone. This UNESCO World Heritage site stretches across rolling hills and olive groves, and the sheer scale of it is enough to make your jaw drop. It’s one of the most impressive archaeological sites in Europe that feels a world away, but is just over an hour from the coast.

Monte Kronio & the Steam Caves

Nature’s original spa day. Ready to turn up the heat? Head up Monte Kronio and explore the famous “Stufe Vaporose” – naturally steamy caves used since ancient times for their soothing powers. You’ll also get epic coastal views and a good dose of fresh air.  

Mount Etna

If you're up for an adventure, how about a day trip to Mount Etna? As Europe’s tallest active volcano, standing at over 3,300 metres, Etna is one of Sicily’s most iconic sights. 

A dramatic, otherworldly landscape of lava fields, ancient craters and sweeping views. The ancient Greeks believed it was the home of Vulcan, god of fire, and even today, you’ll see plumes of smoke rising from the summit – a reminder that it’s very much alive. Its last major eruption was in 2021, and it’s still rumbling today. Expect a full day out. It’s about a 4-hour drive each way, so you’ll be up early and back late. But the rewards are huge. This is one for the bucket list.
