Our talented Greek chef, Paris Kostopoulos, is here to show you how to create this classic mezze dish.
Beef Stifado is a traditional Greek stew, packed full of tender beef, aromatic herbs and loads of baby onions. Mop up the rich, red wine and tomato sauce with a hunk of bread. Close your eyes, savour the Mediterranean flavours and daydream of lost hours in delightful Greek tavernas.
