These crowd-pleasing Greek doughnuts are super easy to make and absolutely delicious. Bite-size balls that are deep fried until golden and crispy before being drizzled in honey and sprinkled with cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
Here are the ingredients you need to get lined up:
• 200g plain all-purpose flour • 50g corn flour • 2 tsp sugar • ½ tsp salt • 8g instant dry yeast • 280 ml lukewarm water • 1 litre vegetable oil for frying • 3-4 tbsp honey • handful of chopped walnuts • sprinkle of ground cinnamon
