• 5 medium size tomatoes • 6 bell peppers • 2 white potatoes • 200g long grain white rice • 200g parboiled rice • 3 tbsp onion (chopped) • 2 cloves garlic (chopped) • 2tbsp parsley (chopped) • 1 tbsp dill (chopped) • 1 tbsp mint (chopped) • 1 tsp tomato puree • 2tbsp sea salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp sugar • 150ml olive oil
